Perhaps it is brainless not challenging the directors for not delivering any returns to shareholders year after year despite having a large portfolio of assets including some with production licenses that decrease in length over time.

You might be happy for the “status quo” with the shareprice stuck under a 1p for infinity but I can assure you the majority of investors here are not.

To call people “brainless” who are concerned about the continual lack of progress on many fronts shows both ignorance ,naivety and is very Trump like.Does not Trump issue cheap insults to anyone who does not see things 100% his way?

Have you any evidence that the BOD are actually working hard to get the licensed assets generating shareholders return.

Bird “expertise “ appears to be diluting shareholders with discounted placings and confetti options.

Looking across his company portfolio he has totally failed to deliver any returns to longterm shareholders systematically diluting longterm shareholders.

Perhaps he should concentrate on being CEO of just one company and then things might actually improve

Just look at what has happened at SML-it was down and out with a lackluster management.

Following a change of management (including CEO) the shareprice has gone from circa .2p to 5.5 p today in just over a year.

The Board of Directors are now 100% concentrating on delivering on the assets and shareholder retirns

Bird should take note-stop messing around being part time and actually concentrate on getting the “oven ready projects” sold or generating income instead of just diluting shareholders to dig more holes

Suggest the only way to directly confront Bird and other directors with the lack of progress on many fronts is to attend the AGM in November.-we might have a pleasant surprise by then but the odds do not look good -production licenses been sat on with apparently no urgency to progress.

The Molefe hole digging might hopefully bear fruit but it should not be used as an excuse for not progressing elsewhere

We are now a third way through another year and the shareprice can’t even achieve a penny -

Totally agree Beardozer-the market has made it’s judgement on the “Ram Raid” -the directors should resign in embarrassment -after all the hype about the Strategic investor coming on Board a more disappointing deal could not have been constructed.

The decent thing to do would be to offer the existing shareholders 50p a share now which is still taking a total liberty in relation to the $10 billion plus net present value of the project.

The directors did not even have the decency to arrange a face to face shareholder presentation as they knew the anger they would face-on line meetings are so useful for dodging a bullet as you can select how questions are phrased and have notice to construct an answer

Shareholders have been treated very badly and will in effect have 87.5% of the company stolen from them for a paltry $125 million .

Totally agree with the lack of communication by the Board -still believe Bird has too many other companies to be totaled focused here and still fear he will take the easy route to pay for further drills via a discount placing -this has already occurred at Bzt and AFP very recently..-agree with Long-John-silver regarding dilution

JL -people have been more than patient with Bird who despite all his boasting about being “in the right place at the right time” has continuously failed to get any of the many projects over the line and many see his “biggest achievement “ over the last year has been further dilution when the licenced assets should have been used to generate funds.

Now he has flipped on to “Molefe” seeming to have forgotten about the company’s over assts.

Shareholders are totally correct to be fuming about the lack of focus and delivery which is what we have grown to expect from a very part time CEO who seems to spend his time flipping from one company to another with the common theme of placings to finance operations instead of putting in the hours to for once actually getting something over the line .

Your comments about the further fall in the pathetic shareprice not being as bad as appearing is very small comfort to patient longterm shareholders

No personal e-mails for directors on website -just third party contact who in my experience have not the manners to bother to reply.

Other companies you can e-mail CEO,FD or investor relations direct and always get a reply.

Much rather read “Sellers on 400% rise” than the continuous Groudhog day “Buyers on Dip”

Chrisp -perhaps you could explain why the shareprice is near a multi year low and why there is no apparant progress on many of the company’s projects for a very longtime.( and don’t say it’s because questions are being asked here)

It is nothing to do with moaning (as you put it) it is questioning why the management has not delivered any returns to longterm shareholders resulting in a very low shareprice.

You might be happy to give Bird several more years to actually deliver a return to shareholders (assuming he has the dedication and ability to do so )but I hazard a guess you are very much in a minority -most of us would like a decent payout while we are younger enough to fully enjoy it and not as a contribution to care costs.

Perhaps you should be asking more question of Bird and why his continual failure to get anything over the line,flipping from one project/company to another .

Raising questions is what investors do -they do not continually “happy clap” achieving very little and attack anyone who questions managements dedication and performance

Agree -the shareprice is now 30% below a 1p-absolutely pathetic and illustrates the total inability of Bird to get any deal over the line-from Luansobe to Kamatavi to other projects there has been no progress for years.! Ok digging a few holes here and there and the new great hope at Molefe .

Enough is enough -Bird is failing to deliver anything on multiple projects -some of which already have production licences which have finite..Of course there was the “waffly” RNs about delivering a deal in five months which turned out not to be worth the paper it was written on -time for a change here -a new fulltime CEO dedicating all his time here with Bird maybe as non exec chairman -with all potential deals presented to all shareholders for a vote.

The company appears to be being run like the USA -one person in total control and whatever he thinks is 100% correct.

The amounts you mention Chrisp are peanuts compared to the potential $80 million dollars if the resources are at a certain level on the licences sold.

That is why it is important that the sold licenced areas are proofed up as soon as possible.Imagine even if the company got a decent percentage of the $80 million dollars there would be no need for further dilutions (no doubt with confetti options) and heavens forbid investors might actually see a return on their long held investment here..

The $80 million potential payout is not indexed linked (correct me if I am wrong) so the longer the areas are not drilled the more the payout decreases in real terms

Regarding the sale of the licences to Sandfire.

Seems a bit naive to sell the licences to Sandfire without specifying the time scale for the resources in the licenced areas to be proofed up to trigger the “resource uplift payment”

What’s to stop Sandfire not drilling the areas until after the licences expire and then Sandfire renew and drill.? They have other areas to drill that are not subject to a “resource uplift payment”

Once again this seems to indicate once again Bird and the board are not putting in the time and not paying enough attention to detail

Spotting great assets is only the first part of the job.

The most important part is getting the assets to generate income or sell them for a commercial amount to give returns to shareholders

Why does every share board have some idiot who has nothing better to do than to post 100’s of deramping posts every month,only ever posting on the same board.
