Would not be suprised if RAM has already a deal in hand to sell the project on at multiples.

The “deal” is so one sided -where is the clause stating that Zioc shareholders are entitled to say 50% of the proceeds if RAM sell the project on to a third party?

Number 1 rule in life appears to be to never believe anything that comes out of the mouth of Colin Bird.

99.9% guarantee that nothing will happen by the 17th at Luansobe (or any other project)- a project that we were once told would be producing by September 2024!

The further fall in the shareprice says it all -the market expects disappointment yet again

Lodan1 -when you have been invested for years on a project that has an NPV of over $10 billion and then see 87.5% of it given away for $150 million to a related party insider you would not be happy

Have now e-mailed the FT,the Mail (as they have featured ZIOC before ) and the Nomad.

SUGGEST everyone does the same and hopefully someone will listen and pick up on the story

Agree the Nomads will do nothing -“they are part of the corporate gravy train” and will not want to lift a finger to help

Would be much better if RAM just bought the company out for 30p per share.

Never seen such a deceitful deal so much staked in the favour of one side.-

How can Tahar work for both parties at the same time.

What about all the money previously spent in proving up the resource -was not this £100 million plus

The whole deal leaves a nasty taste in the mouth!

Too many interconnections between some ZIOC shareholders,employees and RAM.

If this was an UK registered company there might be a chance of a class action of other shareholders might succeed -selling the vast majority of the company at a huge discount to a related party-no chance in BVI.

The whole deal is like something out of the drama “Industry”

So why with all these “big big buys” is the shareprice still stuck in the low 7s?

What’s the betting the EGM will be in the BVI to minimize the chances of any awkward face to face questions

Lots of clauses in the deal that are designed to ensure that the longterm shareholders will not get the returns outlined in the presentation including

1-the option to reduce the offtake from 1% to ,5% for $50million.

2-IF Ram end up owning 87.5% of ZIOC just as production starts nothing to stop RAM taking it private for a pittance.

It appears the current board including Marty are already working for RAM and not ZIOCS shareholders except for those involved in RAM.

The 1% royalty is not guaranteed -it can be reduced to .5% for $50 million.

The deal bears no relationship to the project NPV

Expecting an offer of 12p-15p share in the next few weeks to take out the rest of those longterm pesky investors

Will we ever know if there were any other interested party,were they ever considered or was this deal always on the cards since Glencore were bought out.

Complete stitch up by a party who already own shares in ZIOC
