Welcome to the Audible filter club Doc. On a separate note I just posted a comment in the Mail regarding Nat England's campaign for jumping spiders against a Disney type amusement park in Kent.

I suppose its a bit much to ask for the share price to drop down to the original one third of a penny that I paid for 500K shares. Quite right PT. I suspect that there may be a couple of service conduits already installed. Or another alternative is under road service tunnelling from access points either side of road way. Yes your quite correct LZ. I was following your video on my CAD plan of the park and the Plot 13 entrance is as you say. With regard to the road that goes to nowhere. The end is the entrance to Plot 10B plant site where it will do a 90 degree turn to the right. Also where you walked past those porta cabins on the left hand side. That is the future Plot 9B hydrogen filling station. If they go along with the proposals. I hope that when they constructed roadway they put an access route in, to let the Hydrogen pipes run from 10B. Otherwise the road will be trenched again. Alternative is to tanker loads across, or even build service pumps on the bit of plot 10B you identified as overgrown. Anyway excellent piece of investigation. Thank you so much.

Now I don't know if anyone of you watch the CN business channel. But this morning a speech was made by the president of USA confirming that US will assist EU in LPG imports but not to the detriment of production of Green Hydrogen. So for anyone who has lived through USA involvement since the early 50s. You will have noticed that when the Big dog barks. All the other dogs on the block join in. So my message to PHE, Peel and the local council planning dept. Get your fingers out, tell Nat England where to get off. And get started on the building of the FOAK plant. This also applies to HUI.

Well it came a time that I have had to use a filter. Im sure you others know to whom I mean. I was beginning to wonder whether my reading skills were diminishing with age. Im only 5 months older than Putin and look whats happened to him.

Audible -Page 29 capital costs of building a NOAK plant. They get cheaper as they produce more. For the rest of the costs you need to read through the 104 planning application documents as I did. Or have the same 50 years of electrical engineering building cost experience that I have had as managing director of the two companies I built from scratch.

And for anyone interested in where my cost of plant came from. Its curtesy of POWERHOUSE ENERGY LONGSPUR RESEARCH 15 JULY 2020 at £22,389,610 add to that the £500,000 plant fee plus share of site roads and plant construction overruns and engineering problems with the first build. I also seem to remember seeing a similar cost in the planning applications supplied to the council on various documents.

There seems to be lots of spurious expectations about what are the intentions of Peel and its use of the DMG plant. My understanding is that Protos will use the plant to clear up any plastics that are not recyclable for profit by other methods at the park. It does so by producing for the parks own use up to 4MW of electricity and enough Hydrogen gas for up to 40 HGVs. 20 of which are for own park transport of materials. As a normal 2014 Gas fired power plant produces on average 820MW. 4MWs is not a game changer in the power generation to feed thousands of homes. Even at Peels 77 possible plants its no where near a gas plant when it only produces 308MW over those plants. Hydrogen production is going to be much the same unless there is a serious resizing of the plant as its now envisaged. The point is this. Its not cost effective enough to spend upwards of 26 million on the first plant without a point of sale for its products. I’m afraid gentlemen we will just have to await for protos to gain a bit more traction.

Doc, Don't forget to add to the fact that coal has just peaked this month at 422 dollars a ton up from its low cost of 50 dollars a ton. If you add that to the equation. Poland can build its modular DMG using the uplifted profits from coal as its transition energy source. I can still remember a past documentary about the USA knocking out ships at one a week during WW2. Just image how many DMG plants could be up and running in one year if country's adopt the process.

Moon. Its not the lowest that long term investors have bought in at. Mine was one third of a penny. I then went on to add more at over 8 pence because I believe in what PHE and Peel are trying to do. Not just our profit but for our grandchildren. Do you want to see your grandchildren eating plastic taken from the oceans by the fish that go into their fish fingers. Do you want to see whole species of birds destroyed by their parents feeding them plastic discarded by us in the past. If its just profit you chase. Invest in fossil fuels otherwise wait until this park is up and running and then go around and show your local MP what is possible.

No plot 10b has been passed. With regard to the other plots. Only 9B the hydrogen filling station has caused some comments from CF fertilisers and the fire brigade as it presents a possible fire risk by being a highly flammable gas and there is a need for fire safeguards in case of a fire. CF fertilisers as I understand it, also has to meet certain fire safety standards and they are concerned that the adjacent Protos site could undermine those standards due to its close proximity. Its all manageable as long as appropriate standards are applied..

Also right again Leo. My new home domestic gas boiler is certified to use 50% Hydrogen. As is the new boiler I bought for my other house that my son and his family live in. To my mind that's half the level of CO2 already catered for.

Quite right Doc. My reading is that NE require the council planning to ascertain the compliance with what appears to be European regulations and not use sections notified by submissions in Peels application. There are also some more comments from the fire service and CF fertilisers that need clarification for fire truck access, toxic gas refuge buildings, both temporary and permeant. None of which would appear to be too onerous for the professionals at Peel to answer. As far as the council goes NE have offered guidance facilities for the council to use to conform to it statuary duties. I just wonder if its the same European regulations that stop the dredging of rivers that is now the cause of all our flooding. They talk about noise that may affect the local wildlife. And yet there is no thought for us human residents of coastal towns that have to put up with screaming seagulls nesting on my roof every year and the personal attacks made when their offspring fall off into my garden.

Reading some of the posts with links on here today. I was amused at how many other companies are all talking about plastic waste to hydrogen plants. Some are quoting full funding. Others are estimating roll outs of 50 plus plants and sport some the most amazing engineering cad drawings of as yet unbuilt plants. So, I ask this question. How many of these so-called companies have a working small-scale plant working in a university that will collaborate with future customers to modify alternative future waste products. How many of these other plants have full planning consent and the land on which to build their plants? How many of these plants have a collaboration scheme to not only convert the unrecycled waste to hydrogen. But to also recycle other plastics into base materials that are a requirement for the packaging industry. How many of these other plants will be able to take a full-scale plastic park planning application to other parts of the UK as an example of what is possible. Show me any one of these companies with that. And then, only then will I be worried. Oh, and one more item. How many of those companies are expected to commence building their plants in 3 to 5 months’ time.
