I would have thought that gas storage is essential for the future supplies of Hydrogen that needs to be compressed and carried as a liquid. So the manufacturing of country wide gas containers needs to be started ASAP. As far as share price goes. A return to paying dividends would give the desired increase in share price. Not keeping on buying back shares.

Leo your 09.46 post from Paul Emmitt was at last some excellent news on the sales side of the DMG. It follows along the lines of EQTEC sales methods so Im pleased to be a shareholder in both systems. Perhaps there could be some collaboration in the future between both companies if a project gets two big for one or the other. Never say never.

I think you will find that the PHE system can produce Hydrogen that is 99.999% pure and can be used for Hydrogen Fuel Cells with damage to the cell itself. Whereas the EQTEC system is used to produce syngas for direct injection into the gas system to burn. Much like our Brent Crude is a finer quality oil that middle east crude and commands a slightly higher value per barrel. I note that there is mention that tar is still being formed as part of the EQTEC process. Where as the DMG plant has solved that problem. It was the tar problem that shut other systems down in the past.

I would expect the share price to drop as they have just sold off an asset that produces an income. However, as that was an asset that is effectively owned by its shareholders. I would expect some of that cash to be returned as a special dividend. Much like Tesco did when they sold off an asset. It should not be viewed as a windfall unless its value has massively increased but I assume that would be a capital gain and taxed accordingly.

Wolf, The alternative is that they bought some of T YEOs shares that a previous poster stated that he dumped.

There is an alternative to a special dividend. For those shareholders who are also BG customers.
How about a discount on their BG energy bills based around their shareholding. As a Centrica shareholder and a BG customer I have been hit by the share drop in value to the amount of over £22k on my 49K of shares. That also covered my total energy costs with the earlier dividends. If I sell at a loss, Im worse off for future earnings to pay my bills as well. So come on BOD get some mates rates on the go. Other companies do it for their shareholders.

If the BOD needs an idea how to sell the DMG project outside of the Peel contract here are two ideas to be considered.
I put a challenge out in an earlier post for alternative uses of the DMG plant. Alas only one poster put forward an explanation of use and that was after I said to start it off. Local council tips. Thank you TP3 for your extensive breakdown of how a municipal tip could work. However, I was looking for more alternative end uses.
So here are two of mine, one of which I posted earlier.
Vertical farming needs 4 items to succeed 24/7. Light, Heat, CO2 and water. 3 of which can be obtained from a DMG plant the 4th falls out of the sky. Currently the tomatoes grower’s association have reported that growers have ceased planting in some farms because of the cost of gas going from £4 a therm up to £40 a therm
Plastics can be brought in as feedstock with a collaboration of supermarkets etc taking packaging back for recycling and loaded on to HGVs that transport produce back to points of public sale.
The 2nd is to be used to replace Hospital diesel backup generators that sit idle for most of the time and only come into play for national grid supply break downs. And have to be interminably tested.
A DMG plant about the same size could run 24/7 supplying Heat and electricity and the feedstock supply is obvious. Single use PPE and other amounts of plastic medical supplies bottles.

I have also been looking at some of the previous planning applications for plots 10B, 3, 4, 8, 9A and 13. All appear to have passed without any major problems from NAT England. So it makes me wonder why now all the concern for water voles and birds yet it was ok for these other sites. Is N.E. trying to justify their existence at the expense of thousands of marine wildlife deaths.

In my neck of the woods in East Anglia they have objected to a 1000 new homes being built sighting pollution to the Norfolk broads. Their arguments could apparently even affect future Norwich City high street planning application's. Has the worry that Brexit's promise to remove useless EU regulations put the fear of losing their N.E. jobs into their minds. I wonder.

Just to remind everyone again the following is still on track even with NAT ENGLANDs interference. We are still in spring until the 21st June or so google states. Personally the key points I want to see is the build not starting any later than the 31st of August deadline for repayment of the loan to SPV and peels confirmation to be sole seller of DMG process for the first 10 plastic parks. Even if planning permission runs into the early summer I still want to see a shovel in the ground by the 31st of August 2022.
Protos at Ellesmere Port, Cheshire (Part of Peel NRE)
- Design & development of a local CO2 network will continue to enable emitters at Protos who capture their emissions to transport their CO2 to the HyNet pipeline which will be developed adjacent to Protos. This will further contribute to reducing emissions at Protos and delivering net zero in the North West. Completion expected by end 2025.
- Feb/March– completion of the Protos Grid substations to import and export electricity at Protos to the regional grid. This will also give Protos the ability to provide power to occupiers at Protos. This will enable 50MW of export capacity and 6MW of import. Full export of 124MW and 57MW import due October 2023. (Completed as far as I can see)
- Spring - planning decision expected to bring the first Plastic Park to the UK to process some of the 4.9 million tonnes of plastic waste produced in the country each year.
- Summer/autumn - start on site at the plastic-to-hydrogen facility to turn unrecyclable plastic waste in the region into a clean fuel for buses, HGVs and cars. (31st August Deadline)
- Autumn – completion of three further ecology areas providing habitat for wading and overwintering birds and water voles. This brings the total area dedicated to flora and fauna at Protos to over 45 hectares, the equivalent of 45 rugby pitches.
- By summer – completion of phase 2 infrastructure works including approx. 1.6km of roads, bridges, drainage and ecology areas to facilitate future plot development on site.
So gentlemen have a bit more patience and fill your boots with low priced shares.

PT that's an easy question to answer.
Every morning and every night I wake up and go to bed following CN business channel European and Asian squawk box programs.
All those continents, markets over the last month or so have been up and down more times than a street workers underwear. I have also noticed a correlation with that and the ups and downs of the PHE stock price. So don't read anymore into the current situation, than its very volatile at the moment.

I was looking at a picture of the FOAK DMG demonstrator . And I can safely say that the Airfix plastic models I built as an ankle tapper looked far more professionally built than that unit.
So any possible sales expenditure outside of the current partnerships is more than welcome. I must also add, as an investor in EQTEC I'm more than impressed with their commercial selling literature for all their current 17 plants. Perhaps PHE BOD should have a look see for inspiration.
