What is the fascination with AGMs. Are you expecting something other than just a vote for resolutions. Or am I missing something?

That's one side of the argument.
But as I'm nursing a 43.31 % capital loss on my shares. 11% doesn't even cover me for the next 4 years when I need, as a pensioner those dividends to pay my household expenses.

Eccles04. Well I at least got the 7.6 p right. What is encouraging is that they have stated to keep the one third interim and two thirds final payments intact. That gives us at least another 15.2 p for the final payment next year. Fingers crossed for a special dividend as well to counter low share value after all those buybacks that appear to have produced nothing.

How about this instead.
A dividend of 7.6p plus a special dividend to cover the loss in share value that all last years buybacks were supposed to give us shareholders better share prices.

This goes on a bit but our plant gets a mention twice in the broadcast. Longest sometime from 30 mins in to the stream. It was from 1 year ago when the plot 13 plant was expected to be operational in about 18 months.

Welcome back LZ. I hope your break went well. Excellent update video as a follow on to your previous one about bridal way closure. In which you mentioned a curious line marked across the bridal way in line with the substation. I did a bit more research going back to 2016 and the start of the plot 8 planning application. That possibly indicates the line for the cable links to plot 8 Covanta plant now currently under construction. It is also the proposed route for a rail line spur to plot 1 adjacent to the Manchester ship canal. Which was originally proposed to be a container park for the Protos park. It was also mentioned by Helsby council as their preferred method of waste routing to cut back on HGV traffic.

I totally agree. No need for exclusivity agreement here. This is not a MacDonald franchise where you don't want two of the same burger sellers within close proximity. Its exclusive enough to have a supplier (PHE) and customer (Peel) arrangement for each individual site as and when they are ordered.
With regard to the loan. I am happy to not having it repaid as it maintains a vested interest in which to apply pressure on the progress of the SPV.
We have a Peel director on the PHE board so I still do not see any reason to hold back on the intended contractors timeline. Monthly progress reports from the builders on all of my contracts were the order of the day. This was so I could plan to have my staff available when they were needed. No requirement for contractual secrecy here.
Your last paragraph is correct as well so no need to add anymore than. I expect a secure fence to stop ankle tappers accessing the site and getting injured as the first priority.

Main, You don't need an update yet. The 31st of August requires one for the loan facility. If its extended then I for one, and I'm sure that there are many others on this forum who will kick off.
If its extended then a justifiable full explanation as to why is in order.
Failing that I have some in family legal and accountancy avenues to fall back on.
I don't how ever expect to have to use them this early in the plant installation.

Tombee, As a shareholder in both companies I can give you the MW output as detailed by Protos planning applications which is 74.3 MW. Against the total 37.5 MW across the 7 global sites identified in EQTEC s illustrated brochures. So what exactly is that going to prove?

1leo, why does it matter to you, to how is selling? Are you going to attack them via this site. You certainly would not get to know if I bought or sold. As all of mine are held via nominee accounts such as Hargreaves Lansdown and the Halifax. If it was a director it would have to be recorded via an RNS. Peel and the PHE DMG plant needs to be the model of recycling design for not only this country but the rest of the planet. I just hope that the BOD are flooding the plastic manufactures and oil producers with the concept to save both industries and their work forces by creating the ultimate in a plastics circular economy.

BT, I doubt they would delete any post that individuals filter. That stifles free speech. Plus one mans personal choice to filter somebody should not stop others reading your filtered posts. Better to request that a software change to allow individuals to hide green filtered posts on their access point only. Im all for that myself.
I am assuming that you can read this unless I am on your filter list.

Dodger, August 31st is the end of the breeding season for migrant and local birds plus the loan extension comes to and end on that day. No works are allowed to start as per planning permission until that date. Unless Peel get another professional twitchers to certify no danger to nesting birds. Find one and all works will have to be curtailed. As a point of note the FOAK is currently working in the science park down the road and has been for some time now. And its feeding the science park micro grid with electricity. Its smaller than a commercial plant but it still proves the point that the system concept works. Now just to add one more point of interest. Gate fees. How long do you think that a council will pay gate fees to a private contractor that's going to make a profit from what is currently non-recyclable plastic. My council already make money from recyclable plastic waste. Our plant turns non-recyclable plastic into the recyclable feed stock. After all in Canada I believe that the oil and tar sands that make the land unusable for crops is sold on at a profit for the waste oil. If anyone is old enough remember back to the Beverly Hillbillys when Jed Clampet shot his rifle and opened up an oil field that he thought was going to ruin his plot of land.
