Thanks Kat, My fix ran out in August 2021 and I have been on the Variable tariff since then. So that makes my bill Per Year at £6247 assuming the Standing charge stays the same. That should be manageable now I have £495 dividend plus the £400 discount from the government added to the household winter fuel allowance uplifted to £500. Goodness knows how others will manage.

As a B G customer and Centrica Share holder. What I want to know is how much is the unit cost going to be per KWH of Electric and Gas. My current usage amounts to £3310 per year. At an 80% increase Im looking at £5958 per year. It appears that B G will let me know the unit cost later in September. I really get P*****d of with the people who complain about shareholders. Im on a state pension with Centrica dividends picking up the slack in the running costs. So I and many others are not even in the same league as Bezos or Musk.

I only used the term charity as an alternative to requesting C, P, and M for investment money as that implies a return on the investment. Plus, I don't see how tacky comes into having a sign with their names on it. Plus, I also remember how the EU always demanded to have their flag put onto any signs and leaflets regarding charitable contributions that I became involved with. Especially when I pointed out that it was our own membership money being returned and the UK charity I was with, had to find an equivalent sum to match.

So this suggests as previous posts have suggested that HUI were going it alone with Electron and Linde in an alternative way.

When I was a young electrical apprentice in London. There was a saying that when you were waiting half an hour for a bus, 3 would come along at the same time. Well, it seems that after all this time waiting for an update, we get 3 plus 2 media interviews all within the last 35 odd days.
Even more than that. We find ourselves now inline to part owning the higher risk of producing the plants not just on a technology basis but also on a financial basis as well. I have no problem personally with that as I have been in that position myself and the reward usually outweighs the risk itself. Especially if you believe in yourself.
But I did wonder why all of a sudden has HUI become interested in a joint venture now. I can understand with the Protos plant because if you have had the opportunity to scan through the drawings submitted for the planning permission of Plots 9, Both 10's, 11, and 12.
All the buildings are structural steel frames with insulated steel cladding for wall and roofs. Add the construction of our plant with its tonnage of steel pipes and tanks etc. Could it be that the cost of inflation for steel currently running at 140% was a deciding factor in getting the PHE BOD to agree to the JV.

Now that's given me another idea NH. Get KR to contact the Coke, Pepsi and McDonald companies and ask for a charity donation to help with our plant costs at Protos. We can even get a sign made up saying that the plant is sponsored by C, P, and M. Far better than any sports event or team.

Poland is a key opportunity
Poland is a European leader in reducing waste with the second lowest amount of
municipal waste generated per head in the EU, but it still has challenges. While
recycling has been good it has plateaued in recent years and a majority is still
land filled. The country generates c.11mt of municipal waste per annum. This is the
company’s first opportunity in continental Europe. We estimate that a 5% share of
the European market would represent 377 DMG units so the potential market is

Good post DU. Especially as I understand that the Fertilizer plant may well be shutting down next door to Protos site. Now that's a good chance for another DMG plant processing tyres into possibly BIO Char etc. Now if only the nesting birds will fly off back to whence they came from.

Wow nutty that's a beast.
But it gave me a reason to measure the PHE gasification plant. The building size at Protos is 25 mtrs long by 14 mtrs wide at 16.4 mtrs high to the gutter. The plant itself inside that building is approx 21 mtrs long by 9 mtrs wide. Height is not indicated but can be assumed at less than 16 mtrs high. All is well within the plant being manufactured and fabricated off site and sent by road.

So I have sent the following to PHE for answer:-
Dear Sirs.
This is a follow up to Keith Riley’s podcast with Zac Mir
I am one of many small retail shareholders in the PHE DMG technology.
And as you can imagine the continual delays to the FOAK commercial plant being built is causing some concern to all off us with the lack of any timeline to progress on the site.

I have been making assumptions as per the following to in effect counter the fact that PHE have two contractors in mind and one will not be selected for another two months.
How close are my assumptions to the actual events of what is happening or going to happen from August 31st.
"There is no reason why the ground works have to wait for the Plant Iron works contractors to be selected. As I have said before. There are roadways within the plot 10 B that need forming. Secure fencing installed plus cable connections to the grid for electricity to power lighting and CCTV systems etc. Then there is the concrete pad to be laid and given time to cure and be strong enough to take the weight of the plant it self. None of the above can take place until after the 31st August which is the close of the bird nesting season"
Now we wait for an answer from our company.

Seaflat I must point out that the white family do not hold the majority that requires a 51% share of the voting rights and they only have 25.13%. Which leaves the rest of us as majority holders if we all vote in concert.

And I do understand the 30% rule. However I understood that a Rule 9 waiver was part of the takeover for Waste t Tricity. Nether the less I withdraw the comment that a family member could purchase more shares as they could be deemed to be in concert with Howard and force through an offer. Which could be a breach of the restriction on detriment to other shareholders.

And finally,
Howards view on the changes. Well as he has 5 million reasons to be concerned yet is happy with the outcome. Then I for one, am all in still as well. I still didn’t see the point about his restriction on share purchases. As there is nothing to stop a member of his family increasing their shares. I could be wrong. But I understood that there is a restriction that he cannot use his position as a major shareholder to the detriment of all other shareholders. I fail to see how buying more shares fits that restriction.

Well, I have to say that it was not unexpected if you compared the audited accounts and reports since Keith Riley has been on the scene.
For information only, Myles holds 58 Director positions within the Peel Group including MD of Peel L&P Environmental and a seat on the main Peel BOD. So, I see no loss or gain keeping him on the board. He still remains a director on the SPV. As for Gill. She is still available for advice on her expertise. So once again no loss.
Extension of loan period. What is better being just a provider of loans with interest or a full partner in the build. That’s for individual investors to decide. Do I stay or go.
Statement by CEO.
It is the intention of the Board for the interim Chair and myself, to evaluate and re-assess the composition, scale and relevance of the Board ensuring its alignment with the strategy being created and deployed in this phase of the Company's evolution.
The outcome of these evaluations will include options for the Board to consider and implement where appropriate. It is intended that a permanent Chair will be recruited in quarter three of 2022.
Once this process is complete, the Board's focus will be on continuity, stability, cost, and effectiveness.
It looks like the evaluation; composition, scale and relevance has now taken effect. And been acted upon by all parties affected including the current CEO. Perhaps compared to KR he felt out of his depth. Anyway, no loss in my view as marketing director would be of more use.
Plot 10 B works. This is my own personal view.
To all who have asked when the build will commence. It has already and can continue onto the plot 10 B itself from September 1st.
I expect that SISK will carry out the groundwork's within the plot itself as they have all the necessary plant and labour in on the park already. It is also possible that the pet plant on Plot 13 will use SISK as well for some of their works.
They are more than capable of creating the concrete pad for the plant iron works, plus the circular road for HGV movements around those Iron works and even the building of the electrical plant room and management offices.
With luck the plant manufacturing side has either been awarded or is in the process of being awarded. September was mooted.
Exclusivity agreement.
My understanding is that the exclusivity agreement is for the 11 original proposed plants and only for municipal waste.
As municipal waste only represents 10% of the country’s waste output that leave 90% for industrial, commercial and construction waste.
Something that KR with his contacts at Veolia are fully aware off, I’m sure.
