Obilex, both parties can negotiate and agree 'Deal terms' as an MOU in just few days if they want to and can agree on price & other terms. That would be enough to put a rocket under the share price in my opinion.

Formal ratification by Govt and transfer of % holding in PSC contracts will take little more time, as admin paper work moves from dept to dept....as a formality.

That's why this winter could be lot more active in Mongolia than the whole summer drill programme....LoL

As a general rule incoming Farm in partner would pay the company for expenditure to date. Will depend on both parties negotiating a fair deal. Deal terms can vary from company to company.

Heron 2,3,4,....etc. could only strengthen our position in negotiating a pretty damn good Farm in deal.

There are oil bearing intervals that have not been tested yet....which is what would be next. That's why Raptor was pushed to next April.

I can positive Upside surprises from both Heron and Gazelle.

Heron oil is light sweet......like Brent...which will command international market price.

They had $16.1m as per last results.

They would most likely use winter months for negotiating the right price for 50% Farm-In deal.....and it would be at much higher price than the current ridiculous price.

This needs to get to 10p just for a start.

Yesterdays RNS was very significant. Lot more to come.

10p could be here sooner than expected as momentum picks up. We all know how fast this moves.
