Company said Heron results far exceeded their own expectations. They used ultra conservative 0.15 rate. However now given that oil flowed to surface naturally, 25Mmbo would probably get upgraded to much higher numbers.

Heron 165 Mmbo

0.15 recovery = 25 MMbo
0.30 rate = 50 MMbo
0.5 rate = 83 MMbo

All I know this is headed higher, despite the various shenanigans on this BB.

Staying put is my strategy. Traders look for short term trades. Company has now visibility of CASH generation and quick. Asset de-risked. Company has a roadmap of how they plan to take things forward, first hints should come on the upcoming Operational Update.

We could be sitting at 30-40p next year. No doubt in my mind. Pro Govt and oil refinery to come online in next 2-3 years, MATD will be at the forefront of changing Mongolias Oil landscape.

Mike Buck mentioned in the podcast, he will be putting out an 'Operational Update'.

Still about 3 weeks to go for 2019 drilling season.

I personally think we sitting at the bottom of the price range. Punters wanting to get in lower might be very disappointed. This already is low after Heron discovery.

Back in Jan 2017, folks also kept waiting on sidelines, but this stormed higher from around 6p to 38p in just 2 months. Was not in straight line, but momentum was so strong. Same momentum could push this to new Highs early next year, so 5p might seem a real bargain in my view

What if placing comes at 5p ?

With Asset de-risked now, you can also have placings at a premium. I have seen it before.

5p tomorrow....game on.

This is way oversold.....partly due to uncertainty and confusion created by placing / no placing, etc.

Remove that uncertainty one way or another and watch this ascend to 10p in Double quick time. We all know how fast this moves.

Only trap here mate is the major Oil traps and Reservoirs.

Price seems to have consolidated over last few days.
