No hope - the Italians have been playing this game all their lives. There could be half a dozen other carefully constructed traps - sorree - grounds for appeal - lurking out there. They have some extremely sharp lawyers and the cash at stake, never mind the political embarrassment, makes it certain they'll drag it out and obstruct things forever. Based on the significant increase in production this quarter from the workover, followed by the significant increase in production from February from the new well, yes. They will have huge excess and this is without the acquisition which will further change the dynamics.
