UKOG stiffed the shareholders again - another 10 Bn shares at 0.03 p today - a load of people went crazy on a monster ramp and drove the price almost to 0/05 yesterday - and have been completely cut off at the knees / 33% down in less tahn 24 hours............. AIM - don't ya love it?

People are getting confused.

FID is a commercial decision taken by Navitas and their co-venturers. It can be taken at any time and doesn't require any approval by the FI Govt. (FIG).

Navitas et al will want to have all the t's crossed and i's dotted of course before they decide but even if there are outstanding issues which are not "material" they may still declare FID - it actually doesn't actually mean they are putting any money on the line that day.

FIG will be in purdah around the election - that means they can't (or rather won't) make any material decisions on anything in case they are seen to be affecting the voters. In or out of Purdah they only "approve" the development.

yeah but Navitas are Israeli - and the USA doesn't shut down for anything like the time we do in Europe over Dec/Jan. There's a much bigger effect from Thanksgiving in the USA cp Xmas

Hi all, well that’s us either locked in or locked out, personally locked in let’s hope it’s the right decision and an update drops on Hydrogen storage along with the accounts, even better accounts are published tomorrow so no suspension.

Price of gas, OPEX, cost of kit, cost of installation, cost of lost production, risk of something going wrong, forecast improvement.... its a long list and we only have access to POG and actual production. In the absence of detailed guidance from the company you can only watch what they do to figure out what they've decided

Ocelot - EPP have a large offshore gas field they're going to use - it's already there.

Can you tell us what UKOG have and where it is please?

As previously discussed the compressor seems to have rewound the decline curve to Jan/Feb 2025 levels.

It will continue to decline steadily - that's the way reservoirs work. The question is - is the cost of further intervention, to keep trying to maintain current rates or even current rates of decline, worth it? We never get any production guidance from the company (same as UKOG at Horse Hill or Egdon at Wressle) so its hard to tell. They have never told us how much the compressor, and the installation, cost either.
