NAV can't really do much about a second FPSO until they get some production results from Sealion OR they do a lot of appraisal on another of the discoveries whilst starting up SL

That means a second rig and that won't be cheap. Somone coming in that basisi would want a very good deal I suspect

Over the years i've met a number of AIM "entrepreneurs" including The Chuckle Brothers at Reabold/Rathlin and even his Eninence Mr. Lenigas.

These people are not our friends.

They are hard as nails and see the stock market as a way THEY will do very well. They have zero interest a inPI's except as customers ( not partners) to whom they can sell stock.

On AIM historically a big sale out of the blue often means a leak.........

Ian is talking the talk. There is zero evidence that nav are doing any planning for gas. They're talking and planning for a series of oil fpso's.

Thats what they can finance and have experience of.

The holdup is that the financiers are still uncertain about forward prices. They won't agree a deal until they can set the terms so that they extract every penny and leave the PI's with nothing.

The additional cost on 2 voyages is neglible over that timeframe. You can clean it in Indonesia if you want so thats only one voyage with barnacles. And yr going to risk going into a uk yard that has a terrible record of delays??? I don't think so....
