"Angus has raised monies at 11% discount in this market and now is fully funded for the future."
Not so - "As such these funds are expected to satisfy the majority (if not all) of the earlier closed hedges."
The "majority" is anything over 50%, so the total liability could be quite a lot more than £3.3m. A very material amount for this company.

Early rns be nice
Be careful what you wish for - last week a lot over on ANGS were hoping for an RNS this Monday - and they got one yesterday that crashed the SP by 20%
*Note the dilution was required as we had to pay the missed Hedge amount and know Debt (from purchase of 49%).
Odd that none of the ramp squad mentioned this over the last couple of months - in fact they trashed anyone who suggested a dilution was on its way
"Please stop spouting lies and nonsense."
OK MD - tell me just how you'll sell JHI stock when you get it................
"Why would RKH bid for ARG? Its never gonna happen , RKH have their oil field."
Because they might want to tie up ALL the N Falkland's Basin Acreage - then they have a stream of possible future developments - just look at EXXON off Guyana - first discovery announced 2015 - now over 20 discoveries. Just like Angola in the '90's
Can't imagine FIG being happy bu t they might have to agree to ensure continued exploration and development
£3.3m re the hedge, which had to be paid at some stage whatever happens;
£1.65m of overruns and overspends;
£1.5m for development including £0.5m for geothermal;
makes £6.45m.
Yeah project originally estimated at £1.5 million .
£12 million raised in 2021
£ 7 million toadya
Brilliant management eh Ocelot - and the SP languishes
" Why create an additional rod for your own back in H1 2023 "
Read the RNS - they tried but failed and HAD to accept new terms. Otherwise the hedge could have asked for immediate payment and the y'd have finished up owning the company
"Change the board asap. How do we get rid of him "
you can't - they very cleverly have no large debtors and no large shareholders (II or small guys) - so there is no-one t o lead the struggle. That's why the went the dilution route
"The ANGS financing means that the company are 100% financially covered for ALL possible outcomes."
:))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
Of course they are - they were covered at the original estimate, they were covered when they had to raise over £12 mm and now they're covered when even when they produce gas they seem to make a loss
and Operationally its another missed deadline to add to the enormous list of previous ANGS screw-ups
Remember (and be patient):
The stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient -
but AIM its to transfer money from PI's to lifestyle Directors and II's who have advanced knowledge of the news
"It is NEVER a mistake wassit, taking any profit off the table when you deem you need to protect and preserve it is the right move."
TBF Push always said he traded the stock as it was the only way to make money on AIM
