The issue for a very large company is tha taking over RKH only gets them a non-operated, relatively small part of the action.

Navitas hold all the cards and I can't see them selling for less than a vast sum.

As previously discussed the political angle will probably keep most national oil companies away and those who operate in Argentina. RKH will be attractive to a mid sized outfit looking to spread their risks into an area with upside and with a very solid legal framework.

Whilst it is possible to make money by trading very quickly in the pump & dump you're normally hammered by the spreads.

OHK Hits et all have produced long posts listing all the debts as they see it and they're all based on numbers provided in RNS's by the Company

Re 3D - the various licencees shot a joint 3D in 2011 that covered all of PL001, PL003, PL004 & PL032. I think it also covered the basinal part of PL33 East of SL as well as some of the acreage north PL001 & 032 .

This was processed as one survey and then they swapped it so everyone has the same data. IIRC it's been considered to be pretty high quality and no-one has suggested any new shooting since.

Thanks Pettie - you've summarised the situation perfectly - we're going to be wiped out and Trafigura will own the whole shooting match.

Tyche was identified and mapped by Argos 15 years ago. I can't see any new prospcts that JHI have identified - its hard to see what they've actually done TBH .

For Navitas the critical thing is that several PL001 propects are right aginst the boundary - you'd look pretty stupid not to check them out eventually. The other upside across the whole NFB is htta RKH have pretty much concentrated on Sea Lion, which is reatively shallow. Everyone maps deeper prospects (not THAT much deeper) across the whole basin.

Would you like to take a guess? Perhaps they still don't have the cash. They only seem to be making enough to pay the OPEX and are unable to pay the financing costs

No, my calculations didn’t include the shortfall for July-August – that is what I meant by my notes being slightly out of date. However, if we do take the missing July and August hedged amounts (total 6.76mmscf) and spilt it over Jan- March 2023 then this increases the hedge volume for each month from 5.38 to 7.63. This then means that the hedge generates £3.7 million for the quarter and the unhedged value is £19 million. So even if Angus paid the entire missing July and August hedge off in Q1 2023 then they would still make a total of £22.6 million.

At 14 mmscfd it simply doesn’t matter what needs to be paid off when, the money is there to do it easily.

Last time round Ptrash and young jimmie disapeared after it was pointed out that ANGS had never reached more than 60% of the forecast P90 numbers in the TWO CPR's. As they were the basis for the loans and finacing you can see why they are in a very deep hole.

So deep they daren't tell us just how much they actually owe.

The "game-changing" deal in the GoM has disapeared as has the CEO.

There is no estimate as to probable relisting date.

Its VERY hard to get Falklands Islands Status (the equivalent of citizenship) there. You have to llive and work there for at least 6 years and they are red-hot on issuing work visas.

I see Ptrash and young Jimie are back spewing venom as usual. They went missing the last time after they asked for facts - which were provided - and they disapeared.

No mention - and THAT was supposedly the reason for the share suspension.

Now they 've clearly stated that shares will remain suspended fbecause of the financial reconstruction.

Also no mention of the missing CEO .
