They need somebody who is in there that makes things happen. Hugh may be an expert geologist but the current team just cannot get things done. I have worked with may people in my lifetime who do just that. Sack one of them and replace with a person that makes things happen. I can recommend myself and a few of my ex works colleagues - no need for a placing to pay our salaries, just a cut of the oil.

This FID decision from a potential farmee is taking an age. There may be several partners involved which makes it even more difficult to get approvals in a timely manner. Currently around $2.7-2.8 per 1000 scf. EOG quoting 30% chance of success and need a farm in partner. Production could be anything from 300-500 mmscfd. Assuming this is sweet gas, so little clean up issues apart from dew point and sales gas specification, I can understand the negotiations are still going to take a while. Irish economy is in the doldrums and they need the revenue and can pipeline this gas into the English/Welsh network as well as providing its own energy requirements. Sell Wressle (once approved) and put proceeds into the gas fields to avoid further placings.

Angus should be producing 2000+ bbl/d but the combination of the shannaigans in the board room and a clear lack of supervision at site has left us in the doldrums. Share is clearly oversold but would any new investors put their hard earned cash with these lot in charge??? Positive news needed soon please.

Utter cr@p - trying to apply technical analysis to AIM stocks is like taking a survey of 100 people and applying the results to the whole 60 million population country. TA only really works in FTSE 100 or similar with high volume and chart patterns can be used. Also share trading is not done through MM's so therefore has no human manipulation at ground level. Go back to your text books and read them properly.

We are all frustrated and disappointed with the bod. Performance so far has been dismal with their Anne Frank attitude in the data room. As a result they lost Holmwood. I am sure they will announce a farm in and the II will bail out between 4-5 p so we are stuck here. Wressle approval will take us to 6p maybe? Such a waste if the 3 men in a boat cannot deliver.

Pity they could not wait for this update prior to the placing. Egdon up 13% as a result. We still stuck at 3p. I can only assume placing timing was based on potential farm in activities. Data room open since July so assuming no deal so far. Other data to be announced in December which may attract farm in. We need an update before year end. Otherwise like May they should be replaced with someone who can get it done Inthe best interests not share holders.
