D-Gee, I have a not entirely unrelated problem. When my shares held in a taxable Halifax (Lloyds) account were moved from London to NDQ they were shown as zero average cost bought, meaning it was difficult to compute for CGT; at least, I never managed it. Luckily (??!!) other trading activities produced offsetable losses for tax, so I can declare the total sale income as gain without paying, but what a faff! I Also have a few tsla in tax-free accounts, s one bought in the 50ps, so it's ok really especially with today's sp. The amount of time & effort: it works out less than national minimum wage!
