Lionel1 - How's it going fella? Yes, I think I remember you from back then. I was tempted to sell but I knew it wouldn't be worth it. I've been waiting so long I might as well wait another two or three years and see if things turn around. I hope I'm wrong but I just cant see it, at least not for shareholders.

That was during the Covid days when this Share was flying. Had every right to ramp back then. But post covid and post Budd, this share has gone right down. Who would have thought back then when were regularly above the 50 mark, that we would be here in 2025 down to a penny. Last three years has been a disaster, for LT holders including yourself.

The board are doing their best to drag this Share down with their lack of communication. Been months since the last RNS and with no news from US or EU, this will continue to drift. Well done BOD, hope your all proud of yourselves, useless bunch.

Are having a field day over the last week. Personally I hate them and believe they should be banned. Shorting leaves the market open to corruption and manipulation.

Most market analysts think they are actually overvalued funny enough. Genedrive look like they are onto a winner with their products, but for anyone looking to earn money by investing in them, forget it. The company is in dire financial straits, sufffering losses year after year. I'm tempted to take my losses and run at this point, as I see the SP drifting more before it gets better. But if I do I will suffer heavy financial loss, and if I dont then there's the chance that it could slip further, and I will suffer even heavier financial loss. The products need to be flying off the shelves if this company has any chance of shoring up it's losses and start to break even. They probably have just about enough money to last until late 2025 early 2026. I dont see sales expanding that much nor FDA approvals, so they'll be running back to shareholders to help bail them out and dilute further.

Upcoming end of year reports will have to be very strong, big increases on sales and further expansion. If not, the stock will slip further which will mean near enough wipeout for LT holders. Not a great scenario to be in but this is how most penny stocks tend to end up. Hope I'm wrong about this one but from where I'm standing things don't look too great.

Very low as well. Good thing is although volumes are low the SP is holding steady just below 4p, instead of heading back down to 2p. If trade volumes can increase at least another 50% (which is highly possible considering 85% of the Shares is owned by institutions), this could easily take off. Simply Wall St. currently think we're undervalued by almost 80%. The SP should realistically be around the 17, 18p mark. The company looks primed to start realising its true worth, hopefully we wont be waiting too much longer.

Waiting for the annual reports to land. Any sniff of a capital raise and dilution, then you can kiss goodbye to any hopes of a rerate. Profitability, then this could start moving up. Any news on comercial rollouts of Foodprint in the US market could also further help move the SP. Trading volumes also need to improve, which can only be achieved by improved Sales, and positive news from EU and US . Hopefully with a little more creativity and action from the board, we will start moving in the right direction. Holding firmly.

I've got the hell out now in case it does. I'm not willing to hang around here for more months or years waiting for this to break past 15p. Im sure it will, but for the time it may take, especially with the latest massive diution, I think I will invest elsewhere. I'll take a small loss now rather than a bigger one later. Losses covered by gains made over at ITM so no loss really, just loss of time, that I wont get back. Just last week I was 40% up here, and I was tempted to sell, but I thought I would wait a further week to see if it goes higher, now this. Knew a dilution was coming but they said that wouldn't happen until early next year. It's these kind of things that affect the decisions investors make. That why I got the hell out, every year this company does a fundraise. This latest one has been by far the worse, with very heavy dilution. I'm sure the comany will continue to increase their turnover and maybe I will dip in again, but I want to see how this latest dilution affects the SP and market sentiment.

IWantThatOne - A fundraise wasn't due until early next year as mentioned in the last annual report. The company has lied yet again. This was ticking up nicely until they dropped this bombshell. Now I'm probably stuck here for another good few months or even years. Hopefully I wont be, and this time I wont be drawn back into this pile of s***. I just hate liars.

Tells me the Shares are in demand. Looks like it will go up before the dilution. Just imo.

Ade1234 ~ Ade what are you talking about? This company has done nothing but tell lies. In the last annual report they said they had a cash runway up until early 2026. Also where is it documented that they now have a cash runway to last for the next two years? If you believe that you believe anything. Stop being gullible. Like all companies this company does nothing but lie, open your eyes.

GGP shares up 2000% today. Meanwhile GDR plods along and we still patiently wait for our turn..

Recently due to depot closures they have suffered losses. But they have more than enough contracts and revenues to turn things around.
