This will be a good thing. It will mean less shares in circulation and opens the door for a decent capital raise. Take a look at Hemo and their reorganisation. 6 months ago their SP was 2p, after their reorganisation or share consolidation their SP is now £6.

this will help massively in reducing the debt deficit. if the company was sure that the deal would go through in sure they wouldn’t have sold the american asset. i suppose they’re getting fed up of the constant extensions which has been going on for almost two years now. they’ve decided to go ahead with plan b rather than *****foot around waiting for sidara to make up their minds. advantage wood group.

No one is saying the company isn't going anywhere, I'm sure they will go far with the products they have. What I'm saying is financially things don't look good especially for shareholders. There monthly cash burn is around 0.5M per month and they only have around 700K left in the bank. Which means within the next couple of months they will have to raise cash. If they cant raise enough cash to keep the lights on, then they will have to file for bankruptcy, or try to find a buyer. They could do a fundraise but at current prices this will mean very heavy dilution which would mean your share would be absolutely worthless. The next 3-4 months will be the most critical for the company.

Your money would have been better spent elsewhere. Wont be surprised if they pull the plug on this one. They're running out of cash fast and I cant see anyone willing to step in and takeover. From where I'm standing GDR are doomed, but hope I'm wrong.

The company is cash generative, they’re not under any pressure to sell unless they have been up to very fraudulent activities which could result in heavy penalties from the FCA. Maybe they all know something we don’t. This takeover has been going on for near on two years now. It has been during this time that the books have been heavily cooked.

Why would the BOD be advising shareholders to accept the offer? With most of the shares being owned by institutions, why would they accept such a low-ball offer? My guess is that the books must have been badly cooked and the company is in a bigger mess than we think. Just my opinion of course, but who knows.

Gunsup - Deadline day is tomorrow which is more likely to get extended yet again. As far as 30p per share goes, they can take that figure and stick it where the sun don’t shine. As a shareholder and part owner of the company, that’s exactly how I will be voting.

You telling me that a company with assets of 6B and revenue of 2B is ready to sell the company for 150M? Who they think they’re kidding? Those books must have been heavily cooked if they’re selling at that price. I understand they are heavily in debt, but surely refinancing by way of loans or fundraise should sort that problem out. This BOD needs throwing the hell out and get some people in that know what the f… they’re doing.

I dont see this going below 3p. It's possible but I dont see why it should. After the latest RNS and the financial stability of the company, I dont see why sentiment shouldn't increase. They've turned the company from a loss making company into one that is self sustainable and generating healthy revenue. If we can just get some good news no matter how small, sentiment should start to grow again.

I'm a bit late but better late than never. Decent RNS, Revenue has dipped a bit but profits have improved. Things are turning around for the company now that they are able to run the company from revenue they generate and without acruing any debt. The key factor for me is the EPS which has improved from a loss of 0.1p last year to a gain of 0.7p this year. Things overall have improved for the company, if they can just get some good news of further expansion of their product, that will start to get the SP moving from the stagnant position its been in for the last few years.

Unhooked - what seller RNS? Trading volumes hasn’t hit even a million in weeks. That’s partly what’s taking the share price down and triggering stop losses. The company still has sound fundamentals.
