Massive amounts of shares will be in circulation by the end of next month, even the smallest investment will require strenuous number crunching. It's got to the point, if your no good at maths you have no business being in this stock.

I remember when I was with CNSL the old Omega Diagnostics, they also won a contract with the NHS. Believe it or not that was the worst contract they could have won. The NHS did nothing but mess the company around and in the end also tried to sue them. Winning a contract with the NHS was the worst thing that could have happened to Omega. It ended up costing them instead of making them money. Having had first-hand experience of how the NHS operates I would say we have a very long wait before these tests are rolled out Nationwide which is why I haven't bought anymore shares at these bargain basement prices. I hope I'm wrong but I just don't see the company breaking even before this money they recently raised runs out. They will need to badger the NHS for more grant money if they want to avoid further dilution down the line.

Latino - Careful what you wish for, still over a billion share dilution coming up in a couple of weeks. If this drops to 0.001 then you really can take your shares into the toilet with you next time you go.

Nissangtr786 - Thanks for sharing. Even though I've lost or should I say am losing money here, I'm glad that my investment has helped save 18 babies hearing so far. Even if I lost the lot now, I feel satisfied and proud that I have helped make a difference. Money isn't everything. Also got to give Genedrive credit for what they have achieved so far. Shout out to David Budd as well.

The company has managed to raise 0.3M by issuing 165M shares, yet they have a monthly cash-burn of 500K. Lets see how long this lasts for before they come running back to shareholders.

So there we have it folks, 1.06B shares now on the market. Anyone new buying in at these prices may have grabbed themselves a bargain. LT holders with an average of 10p or more, are now suffering heavy losses which they will not recover from, that includes myself. My average is 18p. The SP would have to rise to at least 4.5p for me to get back even a quarter of my investment. The only way LT holders can recover from this is if both tests clear all NICE regulations followed by a country wide rollout, and also maybe a share consolidation. Barring that someone comes in with a ridiculous offer to buy out the company. A dark day for LT holders and maybe a good one for new ones. As much as I like this company and what they are trying to achieve, financially I haven’t gained anything here except a bunch of headaches, and holes in my pockets. Valuable lessons learned here no doubt.

400M due on the market tomorrow. That will take our total shares to over 1 Billion. Cant say I'm haapy with that but what can you do. Then we have the second placing shares coming mid October. Just hope the rollout starts to pick up pace. Orders will have to be big for it to return meaningful revenue. The orders are already coming in, and as you can see it doesn't exactly generate huge revenue. Its a slow steady process. Just hope the company survives long enough until they have enough revenue to stand on their own two feet.

The Company would like to clarify that the forward revenue guidance provided does not include full consideration of the implications of its recently announced collaboration with Tempus AI, Inc. ("Tempus"). As it is too early to predict revenue contributions from this new relationship with Tempus, the Company expects to provide shareholders with updates in due course.

This is even better news if the revenue forecast doesn’t include the Tempus deal. Any positive news on that front should get the SP going the right directIom.

Point is you could be in something else with less risk.

Current MCAP is 1.5M. After the dilution at 1p the MCAP will be 22M. Do you honestly see the MMs valuing GDR at 22M? I personally think the stock is very undervalued, but nothing you can do if the market sees it this way. They obviously don't value the company or their products. I'd be surprised if this ever sees a penny again. Investors trading at these levels stand a chance of making a bit of money, but when you take out broker fees and the spread, it really isn't worth it.

Rud20 - Too right. Take for example GoldieLock. This morning he/she wrote the following "How this doesn't go to 0.10 now is beyond me. I can actually see this fall below 0.2 placing price". Then a few hours later he/she wrote "There is no way this goes down. You have an opportunity to get in at the absolute lowest here".

There are companies out there with an MCAP of two or three hundred million that are still classed as a small cap company. What do you think a company worth 3.5M is classed as? Too many are too emotionally involved in this share, and have difficulty understanding the mechanics of the market. Educate yourselves instead of ramping the life out of the share.
