Just struck a deal with a company with a MCAP of 15B. Niiiice.

I just hope this doesn't end ugly, the ship is sinking and only a miracle can save it now. The BOD have showed total incompetence for allowing things to get to this level without informing us. If they had run the company properly by raising funds when our SP was healthy, we wouldnt be in this mess now. To have such great products then lose out through negligence with the finances, is utterly shameful. These are dark times for what once was a great company with great products.

Mightypony - If this share was 50p me and a lot of people on here would have sold out with a big smile on our faces. The current share price is actually half a penny, which couldn't even buy you a sniff of a packet of chips. After the fundraise which will most definetely happen if shareholders vote yes at the GM, you might as well take your shares and use it as loo paper. Even jumping in at this point to trade it is risky. This could drop further if we dont get some good news soon. Vote No, no more crap from the board. We want to hear how you intend to cut monthly cashburn, not how you intend to fleece more money from shareholders.

I do, did you not read the latest RNS? They want to restructure the shares so that the new nominal value for each share will be £0.00015. That will take the share price down much lower than it is now. This will mean your shares will be worth virtually nothing. I was going to sit on the fence with my vote, but now I've decided I will be voting a No to the proposal. They will have to find some other means of raising cash, which I'm sure they can. I mean, how much money can they possibly raise at an SP of £0.00015? They would have to sell tens of millions of shares to make even a couple of million quid, which will only last a couple of months. Going down this route makes no sense at all, at least not for shareolders.

Nearly 100M traded today. That would explain the surge up in price. If it continues tomorrow this could be back over a penny.

This deal could take as long as 10 months to wrap up. Long time to wait for a 30% profit, but I wouldn't get that type of profit even if it was invested in a high interest ISA savings acc, so can't complain.

That's anyone's guess. We've been waiting almost two years now and not even an update, if we have it's more than likely just another excuses. Dont think we'll be hearing any FDA news anytime soon.

I have a L2 account so I’ve seen all the trades today. At no point could you buy this share for 0.37p so someone’s obviously lying.

I think we should start a petition to get David Budd back. Say what you want about him but that man knew how to run a business with limited resources. He had the network, the contacts, and he kept GDR afloat without heavy dilution. This current lot haven’t got a clue. They are reaping the benefits of Budds hard work while rinsing shareholders and hanging them out to dry.

No, we don’t like the doom and gloom, but at the same time we want the facts. Stick to the facts, it will serve you well.

No point me selling what I’ve invested it’s almost down to zero at this point. Just going to let it ride out to the bitter end. As far as voting goes I won’t be voting yes or no, I just won’t vote. I’ll just sit on the fence with popcorn in hand and watch this play out. Let’s see if they can recover from here.

If you’re investing because you want to help save the hearing of young babies, then all well and good. However, if you’re investing to make profits, I wouldn’t bother. The BOD have already shown that they don’t give a toss about shareholders and are more interested in lining their own pockets. Don’t waste your time and your hard earned cash, much better opportunities with other stocks. The BOD will rinse you and hang you out dry without the slightest care in the world. If the company has not yet announced how they intend to cut costs, you’re setting yourself up to suffer heavy losses. You’ve been warned.

Everytime I look at this stock it brings a smile to my face. Onwards and up she goes.

I meant FDA Approval.

One of the biggest gripes I have with this company is their failure to get the MT-RNR1 ID kit FDA approved, and more importantly, their failure to update shareholders in a timely manner on it's progress. This FDA approval has been dragging on since October 2022. If it hasn't happened in near on three years, what makes people think it's going to happen anytime soon?

Another gripe I have is the failure of the board to cut costs and expenditure. Instead they continue to spend fivrously and pay themselves big wages. This is fundametally why the company is in the position it is in now. Total incompetence, mixed with false promises and lies. I've washed my hands clean of this lot and wont be supporting any future Fundraises or handouts. To hell with the lot of them, couldn't run a bath.

Whichever way you look at it shareholders are doomed. I’ve accepted my losses a long time ago and moved on. Much better opportunities elsewhere and I’ve more than made up for my losses elsewhere. This is an old stock in my portfolio, one that I got involved with in my early days of trading, when I was a complete novice. I’ve learnt valuable lessons from this stock, one that has helped me make better decisions now. I invested at the time what I could afford to lose, so the loss hasn’t hurt too much. I hope those who have lost here too have learned and not suffered too much of a loss. The company may do well in the future if they can improve on revenue, but in my opinion they will go into administration or go private before that happens. Do yourself a favour and invest elsewhere where there are much better opportunities with companies that are already generating decent revenues and have more solid fundamentals.

I wont, I'll be voting no. Dont see the point, it's only going to mean more dilution. I'd rather they go for a loan or some draw down facility.
