All Stock Exchanges have suffered from the trade hikes. All stocks with the exception of a few have been hit. Whether now is a good time to buy or not, depends on whether this has hit the bottom or will slide further. I’m sure there will be plenty on here that will offer their opinion as to which way they think this will go, and will at the same time try to convince the gullible that their opinion is fact. Dyor and decide for yourself. If anyone wants to buy in now, that’s up to them, it’s their choice and money. Like the saying goes, you can bring the donkey to the water…..you know the rest. My personal opinion is I think this will slide further, in fact I think we could see a penny very soon. Genedrive financially is a disaster, only a uplift in sales will change that.

I know I'm a bit late but just as I thought, another fundraise has happened. The company is in a good space when it comes to the fundamentals, but when it comes to the finances, they are a total shambles. That Cheek fella they had as CEO recently, has brought this company to it's knees. The CEO before that wasn't that great, but when it came to the financial side of the business, he was a lot more savvy than Cheek. It's disgusting the way this company is run. I dont even look at this stock these days, it's already dead, finished, stick a fork in it. It's only going to get worse. Wont be putting another penny back into this P.O.S. Much better stocks elsewhere.

So it was basically first the good news, now the bad. No wonder the SP has dipped today. Don't think it will put too much of a dent in the SP. They have stated that the company South West, has not formed any part of the current Company's ongoing operations or business model and there are currently no employees within the Company who had any dealings or involvement with Omega South West. So hopefully this blows over very quickly otherwise we could see the SP really start to dip. Lets see what happens at the hearing in March. Trust old twitter fingers Colin King to leave his skid marks long after he has gone. Can't say I'm surprised.

CS - I more than understand Placing shares. Placing shares do not expire, Options do, and thats exactly what happened in November 2023 as I mentioned in my previous comments. I used the term Placing shares because that's what you called it, so I thought I would use the same term so that you can understand. But you clearly didn't, which comes as know surprise lol.

There you have it, no proof whatsoever, just talking a load of smack. There are no placing shares ready to be dumped. Dont listen to everything you hear on these forums, there are a lot of people talking out there rear end to suit their own agendas. DYOR.

CS - What RNS does it talk about these outstanding placing shares that will be dumped? I need to see it in writing.

CS - It looks like you haven't been keeping up. The placing shares that you say will be dumped if the SP goes over 4p, expired last year. See RNS 19th November. As CK mentioned the food sensitivity test has been the major product that has brought in revenue for the company. You can read it for yourself in the Annual Reports. It's in black and white, the company is turning over the same money now as it did before covid.

CaptainSwag - My bad for the late response but I'm a very busy man. The reason I think this stock is under valued, if you look at the history of the company before Covid. This stock was trading between 10 and 30p before covid and the turnover was similar to what it is today. Plus the pound was much stronger than it is today. If it was trading between 10 - 30p back then, no reason it shouldn't do so now. I think once interest rates come back down, and the fighting stops in Russia/Ukrain, I'm sure we will see those numbers again. Last but not least the company is financially sound with no debt and no need for fundraises to raise capital.

It's been a long time since I've been on this forum, but I thought I'd just pop my head in after hearing the latest news. This case has been dragging on ever since Covid, so I'm glad it's finally been put to bed. Just as we all knew would happen, both parties agreed to drop their cases and just call it quits. Neither party owed anything to the other, whatever they did owe, was cancelled out by what the other party was owed. Hopefully now the SP can get going and re-rate to where it really should be. It's had a positive affect so far, just hope it continues. Still a long way to go for the LT holders like myself, who got stung during the Covid debacle. Small steps so far, but small steps in the right direction.

You only have to look at the last couple years anunual reports for this company. Multiple red flags and alarm bells ring loudly at the state of the finances It was only a matter of time before the financial situation came to a head. Feel sorry for the LT holders who have virtually been wiped out, it's happened to me a few times so I know the feeling. That' why I dont rush into certain investments anymore, I wait for opportunities like these where I can jump in when the carnage is over and hopefully make some decent profits. I hope many have learnt their lesson here and will use it to help them make better decisions in the future, which will in turn improve their gains, and portfollio. Looking forward to cashing in shortly.

Everything falling into place now. Surprised the SP is still below the offer price, still opportunities here to make small profits. But it still comes with risk as with all stocks.

SP now 1.90. LT holders really should be averaging down to minimise there losses. Still a gamble but you pretty much know what you'll be getting back if the yes vote is voted through.

This RNS is basically saying, dont reject the offer thinking that you can get more, the company cannot offer more as they are virtually bankrupt. Vote yes to the 2.677, or lose the lot. That's what this RNS is really saying.

If todays news cant get the SP moving, f*** knows what can. The AIM is a joke and a massive rip off. Your better off in the US OTC market.

Ben456 - I totally agree, shareholders shouldn't feel obligated to take the first offer that comes in. No matters what they offer there are long term shareholders that will suffer heavy losses. I think 5p would help to ease the pain, 2.677 is a bit of an insult.

BushyTailed - I've been involved in a couple of companies that have gone into administration, and I can tell you categorically shareholders are wiped out. The BOD will then be removed and replaced by the administrators and secured lenders. As far as I know CIG, Coris, and Nioko already have members on the board so going into administration would make not a drop of sense. The company has already said and I quote,

"Management have therefore presented cashflows that supports the conclusion of the Directors that, subject to those discussions with Coris concluding positively on the loan repayment profile and the continued support of the majority shareholder, Nioko Resources, there is sufficient funding available to meet the Group’s anticipated cash flow requirements to 31 December 2025".

So knowing this, why would they turn around and go into administration? You say to get the current Bod disposed of so that they dont benefit. But even if they did go into administration the BOD will still be represented by the secured lenders so you wont get rid of them even if you did go down the path of administration. Better to just take the offer or reject it and hope for a higher offer. Only problem is if you reject it then you run the risk of the BOD not offering a higher offer and scrap all talks of going private altogether.

13M for a gold company with a turnover of 150M? I think the offer should be rejected. Minimum 5p.
