Shareholders should vote a resounding no, call their bluff. I don’t see any reason why a debt arrangement can’t be made. The company is now making money selling gold so I can’t see any reason why Coris can’t come to an amicable agreement. They just want to get the company on the cheap. Shareholders really need to vote no if they want to protect their investment.

8.3 notices normally come into effect during a takeover period or when a company is going into administration. The latter won’t happen because the company is producing gold so have a steady income stream. Going into administration at this point makes no sense whatsoever. My guess is they are talking the company private and have already hinted at that. Seen this happen with so many AIM stocks.They get themselves into heavy debt which shrinks the SP, then they buyout the company on the cheap and take it private. Disgraceful behaviour which should be made illegal as it normally wipes out shareholders.

I'm just hoping the company can get to a stage of self sustainability before another dilution happens. The direction the company is going is great for the company, but might not be so great for shareholders. I would invest some more into this Share with what they have going on, but the way shareholders have been shafted recently, I think I'll stick to what I've invested so far.

Notice how they mention Genedrive in small caps? Obviously not wanting to promote the company in any way that could affect the SP. I'm sure once the tests really start taking off they'll take the company private, the NHS is known for preferring private companies when it comes to handing out contracts. Just a thought.

Due in soon now. Maybe sales have improved especially now that the Stroke test is also being rolled out. That could explain the tick up in the SP.

Pharmacogenomics is a pretty new and a growing market that is becoming more and more widespread within the medical field both home and abroad. This is not the kind of treament that is instantly going to be rolled out quickly. It' is a slow process which will only grow as more and more data is collected, and how effective it is in patient outcomes with particalar treatments. Genedrive is in a very unique space at the moment, a space that could grow expotentially in the coming years. They've already got two great products that are being used in the NHS. As these tests start to become more effective in the delivery of treatments, the more the distribution will grow.

With 11.8M coming in from the fundraise, this should boost the MCAP. Full dilution wont happen until the end of the month, so there's a possibility we could still get a little rise from here. Good time and price to get in for new investors.

Current MCAP is 14M. With the dilution that will take the SP down to 5p. Outrageous, and cant say I'm surprised. The BOD of this company has done nothing but build up false hopes, only to not deliver. At one point the company's future looked bright with talks of a possible takeover. Fast forward six months and the bright future suddenly turns into a nightmare. No takeover, shares delisted from the Nasdaq, and a Fundraise that heavily dilutes the company. Just when your thinking what could go wrong, everything goes wrong. What a sh..show.

Looks like the pumping has eased off today.

It was never my intention to stay too long in this Share, but they hooked me with the expectation there was someone bidding for the company, then they hooked me again with promises of Nasdaq compliancy. The company has told lie after lie to keep the SP up and now the s… has hit the fan. The company is in a huge financial mess and I won’t be surprised if the SP tanks from here. Maybe I’m wrong and I hope I am but I don’t see nothing good happening here for shareholders. I would sell right now but there’s no point as I’m heavily down. I’ll just sit and hope, and/or get out if the SP suddenly starts shooting up again. Another lesson learned, but it’s all good. So long as you invest what you can afford to lose then the losses won’t hurt too much. These small cap stocks are dangerous. I’ll keep one or two in my portfolio but I’m sticking with bigger cap stocks from now on.

So why the hell did they ask for an extension if a few weeks later they announce they're dropping out?. This company is full of sh.. and I wont be spending another penny on this pile of horse manure. I'm done with these small cap companies, better to invest in a company that has a decent turnover and worth at least 50M. Even with an FDA approved product these companies still cant deliver. They do nothing but lie and cheat and always expect the Shareholder to bail them out. Well, like I said I wont be spending a penny more on this and I'm glad I only invested a small amount. Cant trust any of them.

No chance of that, the company would wind up before that happens. Regarding the SP and the spread, why would anyone in their right mind buy a share that's immediately 20% down the minute you pay for it? The corruption with AIM stocks is staggering.

I bought these earlier in the year and sold for a very small profit. Wish I hadn't. I should have held because it has just quietly and steadily crept up. I sold for 15p back in May. Now I'm jumping back in and have to pay a higher price. Who knows how high this will climb but I like the company and the direction they are going. I think they are very undervalued and I believe this will climb some more before it levels off. I'm here for the long haul so the swings up and down wont bother me, at least not for now.

Just bought some more. I believe this price is a bargain, this stock is very undervalued. I believe things will turn around here soon, so put my money where my mouth is and averaged down. Happy I got in this low.

Having an FDA cleared product on the American market is no easy feat.The Diabetes market is a huge market especially in the States. If the company can get their product fast tracked throughout the States, this would be huge for the company. This could easily be a pound within the next six months. Very possible indeed.

Having just checked again, the company is actually not in as dire a financial position as I first thought. They've managed to generate an extra £10M through a Placing back in March, and they have £11.5M available if required through the Block listing. More than enough cash to see them through until at least the end of the year. With the road now cleared with Medicare local coverage being activated, there is more room for sales to be improved on, and for distribution to become even more wider. End of year financials due in any day now, which should give us a better picture on sales and coverage.

The company may be able to stay afloat and do well with it's golden goose the FDA cleared Kidney test, but it doesn't look good for shareholders. I see more dilution ahead before sales pickup. I will still wait all the same for the next sales update.

I thought news would come very soon as I mentioned in my previous comment, but not this soon. The longer this thing went on the more I started to believe that nothing was going to come of it, and here we are. No buyer and back to square one. What a waste of time, I just knew it was going to end like this with no buyer. The amount of lies and horse s... these companies come out with is mind boggling. I personally believe there never was any buyer, it was all done to boost the SP and raise funds. Bunch of liars.
