Good Morning Greg, if the rumours are correct regarding the RTO and I accept that is all they are at the moment what positives / effect would that have on ADL and in particular the sp.
I am not asking much I know lol but like you I am one of the very few who not only did not cash in but was and still am quite upbeat that ADL is far from finished.

I actually quoted just 200 bopd from Monroe Swell as realistic knowing we had a flow rate at VG-4 of 1029 bopd choked back to 480 bopd so if anything that could be seen as a de-ramp.
Expectations have to be realistic and I for one would be very happy with 50% of 200 barrels from multiple wells.

Yes ajbennet exactly the point with the number of wells we can end up with which means we can be realistic in our expectations in the flow rates.
I would be very happy with 200 bopd from each well whilst considerably less than VG-4 but if we managed to achieve 10 wells we would have a very respectable 1000bopd with our 50% take.

Monroe Swell was given a price tag of $100m NPV net to RBD, that was before the multi-wells and increased pay zones.

Just wondering if Badger is really dead, the 500+bcf is a hell of an incentive with known gas producing wells right next door. Huge profit with modest investment, 500bcf equates to $3bn turnover, not profit but plenty to go round imo!

Guys for the not so knowledgeable I know an RTO is a Reverse Takeover but what would be the benefits, if any, to ADL in that situation.

We do but I think S&S are moving as fast as they can. We have a very busy and exciting few months ahead with lots of news flows expected.
They have also stated whilst the window of opportunity is still there they are not discounting further aqcuisitions / investment.
We do have a few million still in the bank.

Hi bob, absolutely, I was just trying to point out the sp will not move that fast on news only, the mm's want revenue in some shape or form but yes I would expect sp to go up on producton figures but for me the big jumps in sp of whole 1p's at a time will come from the selling off of assets outright.

With Reabold its mostly all about monetisation, we are nearly there, just a tad more patience. They will use Monroe Swell production revenue to fund other wells so no more dilution / placings but all others will be sold off / monetised as soon as they can.
so with monetisation of just West Newton alone could see $60m hit the coffers in one go and if Cadeby Formation is also succesful another $210m added to the bank balance. West Newton has all the gas infrastructure pipelines in place to plug in to.
My point is dont fret about sp not reacting on good news, it will go up in big chunks at a time once monetised.

60m & 90m does suggest we could put an awful lot of multi-wells to maximise volumes.

and now 90m of pay, this is exceptional for RBD and most oilers would jump at that, remember Colter South was just 3m of pay.

Agree kezz, current situation hardly inspires someone to load up 13%, so it begs the question what does he know that we don't, all of us except Greg25 of course :¬) really don't think its Colter that has prompted this as the evaluation results not known for another 4 weeks or so and you may as well toss a coin on that outcome.

Whatever the sp ends up it has to be considerably higher than 0.6 with expected NPV's on success. California alone coul see us with 3p+ once Gizzly island and multiple wells from Monroe Swell come in sucessfully.

Thanks chris was just being nosey mate, i am holding 13m and will top slice 3m on West Newton monetisation as I think if successful they can pluig straight in to the gas infrastructure network which exists there. I would then keep back the rmaining 10m until S&S say job done and cash in the whole company in a couple or so years.

I am happy to go with RNS's which come direct from the companies involved, they will be in touch with the situation as it stands unlike PI's.
