I suspect that the last minute podcast by LC has not been understood by him, let alone anyone else. I suggest this as an RNS could have been issued by now that would be comprehensive with regards to existing PPA needing to be submitted as standalone, and not another submission for additional 300mw.

I think LC, like the rest of us has been ambushed, as such, he will not issue an RNS until he is 100% sure of what the process is going to be. That he may still be uncertain is in itself a concern. The joys of investing in developing nations and associated ''in country risk'' .

As things are, we may see the MCIPP coming around the corner in the next few days, and as KIBO is now far more than just MCPP, SEPCO may not defer their investment.

I am resigned to MCPP going into 2019, never expected it to be such. If for no other reason, than the tender rules which we know nothing about, may require more than one tender to allow the best possible choice. If Kibo or any other company is a sole tender applicant this may result in a 6 month deferral for new tenders. Balanced against the need for power sooner not later.
