I never suggested any such thing, you have not understood what was posted. perhaps you may wish to refer direct to so I can help you out.. geo risk of 20% plus is regarded as a nailed on drill, not nailed on success of the drill.

50% COS is way better than expected for a drill to be made and is still not a nailed on success for that drill. hope that helps as there is no suggestion being made here.
