If it does then LC needs to leave well alone and not suggest that this is entirely down to TG internal issues.

That is hardly a business approach from class 101 on how to make friends and influence people. Kibo can just get on with MCIPP and BIPP without telling TG to stick it. If we were funding anything specific in TZ then I might think differently, as far as I can tell any office work in TZ is minimal and focused on MCIPP and BIPP as well as having costs slashed as per todays RNS.

Will TG be confident in their process . I can certainly understand the AG and cabinet not having much confidence in Tanesco. Perhaps the real reason for the delay is because the Cabinet is having serious issues of credibility with the Tanseco people?

With sanderson loan gone it looks like we have net 1.2m in the bank plus reduced cash out flow as debt interest is gone. Only debt is trade payables, partly offset be receivables. certainly needs to get the mcpp done if Kibo wants to monetize the proposed Uk venture with Mast as income is very much needed.

Lazarus post on Hc outlining the way he sees this work suggests the value is way higher than some here understand it to be. In saying that he has outlined some questions that he cannot ask as the meeting today is London not Sydney. His post was repeated n here and link supplied.

As you are not fully appreciative of exactly how this works, perhaps you can ask the important questions today at the meeting?

Or, perhaps if you are not attending those questions can be asked by others who may or may not share your views. Certainly legitimate to ask, and if your views, after questioning do not look like valid , you can just vote against at the GM in mid October and then vote against the BOD at the AGM . If really upset you can request an EGM if with an alternative BOD to represent your view of the world.

CJML I believe it is the former as any CR will be because they have not got the terms they want for a Farm out. A Farm out would give Dw the opportunity to secure the measures proposed in the document and meet the timelines within. A Placing may not.

WA it is a complicated document. Lazarus on HC seems to have it worked out and is worth a read if for no other reason that it is contrarian from a positive point of view:)
