This affects all proposed IPP's, Kibo are not being victimized, so the idea that Kibo will lose licenses seems far fetched and out of proportion for a one month delay.

Kibo have completed a detailed workshop with Tanseco. I wonder how many others are as advanced? If nothing else we have a very good, highly detailed idea of what their expectations are.

This delay could be extended if the correct format for document submission is not identified before the process starts.

I suspect the ML for MCIPP will also come in before the tender process gets under way.
