It is not a done deal which is why a GM is called. If it were options then it would be an RNS. An RNS for options cannot be done due to commercial sensitivity whilst on going discussions take place re farm out.

If it was such a pivotal event then AIM rules would require an RNS, yet has not done so.. perhaps this speaks for itself.

On another note I take this action as a significant vote of confidence.

1/ Cannot issue options because of behind scenes discussion, negotiations, debates etc

2/ Can't raise funds or won't as there is nothing to stop then to go to the market if they wish. You can always ask at tomorrows meeting

3/ 5.5 billion shares in issue, even with options converted is still under 6b.

Should there not be a placing following the meeting, what does that tell you? especially in regard to the proposal for the October GM?

all the nominee account holders such as your broker will receive this. then they take their own sweet time in getting it out the underlying share holders. As the e-mail was not for sharing, the Brokers will have to work out how they share it with thousands of underlying holders and get the notification out at the same time.

Se Asia looks like being hit by a far bigger storm than is going to hit the east coast of the US. Se Asia there is no where to run. Emergency Diesel supplies as well as petrol, plus LNG for cooking is being bought up. Infrastructure is so poor that the damage could last well into months for repair.
