if they pay us 5$pb for high grade API less what was already been paid then I see that as being acceptable

$5 x 1.75b = 8.35b - 0.5b = 7.85B$ even if you work it on the basis of 30% the figures still look Ok as retained value is far higher than 5$pb

Then add in Western blocks, Yukon gold plus HRZ.

Yes I was thinking that a tier 1 company may wish to do a JV with another tier1 company, instead of just relying on one tier 1 company. or indeed any combination of tier1 and 2 companies etc.

I be very happy if they go for the whole lot. Some suggest that leaves us with 30% gross. Assume BE at 40$ that gives a good return:) The final sums will be interesting. Ten there is the rest of acreage, plus Western blocks, plus Yukon and then HRZ.

I can hardly see the point as it appears to be the only tender in this neck of the woods unless they see EDL as a possibility. Working on assumption PPA no matter how late stage has to go to tender is interesting as EDL already have their mining license and are producing. Will both get a tender?

The Chinese are having investments questioned and cancelled in Pakistan and Malaysia despite the belt and road initiatives. This has come as a big surprise to them. They will not want to lose face and being publicly held accountable for corruption is causing ire inside Chinese internal corridors of power.

I do not believe Sepco will make any moves for KIBO until MCPP , SML and PPA are approved. May even find ML for MCIPP shoots in first.

My only understanding is that the winning tender will be announced.

I have no working knowledge as to what happens with TG operational start dates.

On winning tender I would expect the PPA to be contracted and the start date for operations to be in there...contracted date to ground breaking. this gives time for FC.

submission date for Tender is Oct 15. The public opening of Tender will be october 18, so we will know by then. Unless the Tg defer the opening of the bids.

MCPP tenders will be opened by 18th of this month, yes it is October already!! I think we may have n both of what SEPCO need to bring their due diligence to a satisfactory conclusion. May even have the ML for MCIPP as well.
