88e is based upon science and engineering. This has indicated 2.4bb conventional with two of the leads up dated to discovery and another 3 looking likely to be upgraded.

When the RI was offered with an increase close to 400mb identified. Followed by a further increase of 90mb after the RI closed for PI. I do not believe DW held back the Yukon 3D results showing a potential additional 90mb. .

PI's given the exclusive chance in the RI and failed to take up or add more, for whatever reason. That the balance has gone out to the market under same terms and conditions as if being underwritten comes as no surprise.

We are in effect back to the point as if the RI had been taken up in full. assuming the brokers take the offer up in full.

How many would complain if this RI had been fully allocated through brokers and no PI had the chance of buying in?

farm out is also a dilution, just different. I suspect the equity balance of the RI is needed to support a negotiating position that allows for less FO dilution. Net gain to stakeholders. Dw and the bOD have a lot of skin in the game and they will want the best deal as well.

All PI had the option to take up the RI and add more if they wanted. Too many declined so it should not come as a surprise that Dw had built in a back stop/underwriting for the balance. The RI pricing remains as is.
