My two replacements sent over here for 3 months being groomed so now I can just start handing over until xmas when I am home again. Return after new year for three weeks then voila Back home full time with quarterly visits.

BIPP I am not sure about, as not at all certain of how timelines are managed for a pure CPP where the coal is already available and off take agreements maybe in place

Next stage is construction, ie Farm Out, how much of a boost will that be for real estate value.

Dw buying more cheap real estate to rinse and repeat out of profit from Farm Out is not a bad thing.

I believe an example of how this is accretive , has I think slipped past too many. The Farm Out is not for 100% Prospective leads. the presentation clearly shows that two of the leads are 'Discovered'' Indigo 290mb and Heavenly 58mb In real estate terms that is another upward price re evaluation. I also suspect it is now a key driver in Farm out negotiations.

In addition Lima 334mb & Stella 500mb are now Prospect/Discovery. I suspect these two mean far more to industry than we will understand. No longer raw prospect leads.

Yes monetization will be needed. If that allows us to hang on to more of the value that is not included in the FO that looks to be a good thing.

In addition we do not know what is on the table for FO negotiation, Is it a couple of wells, acres, Icewine inc or ex HRZ

Perhaps your posts are just not worthy in terms of being reported. Amazed you have taken so much time and invested so much effort from the other BB's you finished pumping and dumping them for now? If you had been invested here you would have got your RI at a decent price plus some more. even got some for a pip or two direct.

DW looked after the PI by offering a RI which just happened to coincide with a general market turn down, since recovered from this recent lows. No doubt you saw that coming as well, sold high bought low.. a legend

I wonder if there may e news re BIPP and MED in the near term pipeline. The Monday RNS confirming the Joint submission with partners of the new tender did suggest some enthusiasm for MED in particular.

In addition this new piece of news re ML for MCIPP may encourage sellers to think twice . more so when they understand that the Botswanna process tends to deliver a verdict within a month and often within a few days of submission.

equally process time for an ML in Bots is way shorter as they gave a matured system. this ML could be issued anytime within 1 month, perhaps a few days as other Ml's have been.

The process for Ml review is very much already done with the presentation

Thit is a massive point as I can't see either of them spending 10-20 mln on a power plant study like Kibo has done.
Even if they do, it will take them easily 2-3 years.

Power plant ESIA took us easily a year+ to produce and then a year+ NEMC to approve.

Kibo is very late stage
