No reason why coal from an SML cannot be sold. plus MCIPP ML may be out soon.

Coal sales from two sources may be more than enough to entice Sepco to commit, especially from MCIPP

Sonic if the SML does get approved. I believe it is available for acceptance for a limited period which if not taken up means it is available on the open market? the period i forget but seem to think it could be 30/60 days.

I suspect that for two months of payments that LC will take the SML up to lock others out?
