Global I am irritated that I did not have an effective crystall ball to bail at the top and wait in absolute certainty for todays low to buy back in.

I am not sure but I suspect the Hydro is a ''state to state'' deal as opposed to IPP, therefore may fall outside of 'tender procurement rules''?

This is not KIBO specific it covers all tenders across more than just Kibo and its coal

Suggest to me that phase 1 to be completed by year end 2018 remains on plan. Should that be the case why would there be a need to raise funds when the last Q & A advised we did not not?

I suspect we will get an update on the procedural change in the next three weeks.Hence the timelines will remain as is.

I am very much looking forward to news flow re MCIPP and BIPP. I get the feeling that this may be soon, imminent, or just around the corner:). Plus it looks like MED might be adding to the news.

You have not understood the RNS and that is a personal issue for you. That the mms will take advantage of an RNS that at first glance does not look positive will not come as a surprise. That the SP is down and not out may tell you that the market may believe that unlike you, that all is not lost.
