Bromb we will shortly be moving into the lean season for Oil. I think anything they do now will at best tread water.

Next year may be a big challenge if the Permian pipework gets to outlets that do not require Train and trucks. A load more Crude will hit the US export market. Not to mention the over 9000 DUCs waiting to have the spigot turned on. The costs of shale in those areas will come down by quite a bit, as rail costs are huge.
