The wells drilled and waiting completion will some of the 9000 DUCs that cannot have the spigot turned on as there is not the pipeline capacity available.

Once pipeline capacity is addressed, work in progress to be substantially delivered over Lower 48 Federal land by end of next year. Will see Shale costs come down as they get the income streams on line.

Shale costs must be very high as they cannot get product to market.

I suspect the financing banks know more than a little about this problem and its solutions. Then again they could possibly be in the dark, yet I doubt it. Shale and concerns re bottom line is not a new issue.

IF he is correct, we have shed loads of Conventional, if he is wrong, we have shed loads of both.

I suspect he has ignored low cost shale oil as an aberration and ignored the increase in connections to main pipelines that will allow 9000 + DUCs to come on line.

He never really delved into why the costs are so high. Warren B could tell him as he charges for the highest cost delivery via trains.
