He is already reported for being in breach to and of FCA rules as well as being reported on LSE for using their forum in capacity as an ''advisor'' a position for which he is patently and obviously not qualified for.

So a report from a little known gnome is going to determine the success of an investment such as Kibo which will be driven entirely by fundamentals and not a set of statistical probabilities based upon nothing in particular. The only part that has any relevance, and I hope you learn from it is: ''Here you are then. If you can't understand why it has no possible relevance to Kibo you shouldn't be investing your pennies on AIM'' Possible/probable relevance or indeed none at all, take your pick. i am not sure that Kibo have thus far been responsible for delay through their actions. As far as I can tell the TG have been drawing their own heat quite nicely. My reading of the last 18 months is that Kibo have been ready and willing to pull the trigger and get this done. meanwhile the Tg have changed systems and laws to prevent things getting done whilst they sort out internal protcols.

SYM, I disagree with your conclusion ''that is and will be the absolute current and indeed next reason for delay that KIBO could utilise to buy more time with.'' This will be a TG and Tanesco reason should it transpire, it may not.

Mark, if they had planned for AL then the service provider would have been contracted to deliver at 1.5m$ net to AE at that time. There was no service contract in place ergo the AL could not be executed....Unless you have reference to the contract being in place and was not then fulfilled.??
