Bitnz, I was looking at a point where Bots may support power supply in SA as Mozambique is presently doing. Maybe both Bots and Mozam will increase supply . BCL why do you think Bots is years away?. The government have real time experience of CPP with PPA ESIA plus other local permits are in place. I would not be surprised to see this one come through for 300mw within 12 months and the second phase in 24 months SA needs power as their main provider is under resourced. Mozambique may be longer, yet probably not as long as Tanzania LC is as stated aiming at late stage projects...I think he has had more than enough of early stage as evidenced in Tanzania
