Apologies for re-posting but my self edit was a shambles. Be nice if LSE could add a 5 minute deferred edit function/button as an option. I do not doubt that there is a curved ball and I would not be surprised to find that it is going to be good for all of us. I do not believe there would have been any drama over a 300mw project. I fully suspect that the MOU was all about that. Since then, I would not be surprised to find that the whole shooting match of 1000mw has been on the table to advance more and urgent power. I also suspect that the FC is being brought into line with our partners on this basis and as a result will not be too far down the road. Constructing a power plant for 1000mw as a contracted stage has to be far more cost effective than individual stages. Yes, there is limited line capacity at this time to accept a full load. Yet, how long does it take to construct transmission lines and posts with Transformers, about how many years?? I suspect as the last phase of a 1000mw is being constructed. The Transmission support would be in place. The logistics for the above would be a complicated and detailed O & M project. I wonder if that is going to contribute to the current ''extent'' as already advised. Lurker, remember him?? has already told us that we cannot have additional Phases without new ESIAs for each. So we keep one phase as planned, but for 1000mw....easy Then again this could just be a TG 300mw business as usual approach. I could not resist it.......yet another ramp

Mickey our icewine has retained the 98% of what it had. The oil flows from South to North i do recall PB confirming that he had clearly not answered that question very well as you repeated the idea of a north to south flow of oil. This was the last london presentation with PB. SP oiler also managed to jump into explain the 98% retention part as too many, including me, believed that the reference of 98% was of total oil as opposed to 98% of retained oil. Repsol and BP plus others have resources from the soup kitchen overflowing to fill their spills.
