This actually answers the things I was hoping to hear at the Sunday Roast - they are pretty much working out the plans for the year right now. A much better interview this one.

What a guy.

Personally, feels like an interview wasted a little bit. I would have liked to hear some plans for the year and what they would consider a successful year. Left me feeling like CGNR are now a passenger for whatever (and whenever) Demir want to do.

Just had a listen. There's nothing new in that podcast, other than a mention of some still pending drill results ('in due course' ugh hate that phrase).

I can see it happening.

If the employee parking gets hit by the SpaceX rocket debris, wipes out all the parking attendants and leaves a crater, not allowing contractors access to the site. And TB gets abducted by aliens.

We might get some clarity on what's gone on in the last couple of weeks, as I am sure some of the major bag...*cough-cough* shareholders have some questions and concerns and will be seeking clarity.

It's a real talent to condense a lot of technical and financial detail and present it so simply, with a clear bottom line, crafting it into a positive message without blowing smoke.

The man has never, not once, put a foot wrong in how he communicates with the shareholders. Seriously impressive.

I just realised how pointless this statement is. Like, if SP is 15p, and an offer is 20p, this maximises shareholder value.

They'd do well to announce well acquisition this week (tomorrow?!) and 2022 outlook. Not too many days left in January. Then this followed by the CPR in <=2 weeks' time (which was said to take appx. 60 days to complete from Dec 8). Bundling everything into one RNS would be too much.

The Shell success will generate exploration interest in the area, hence relevant to TRP in this way.
