On that I mean - if that's what happened with 16-2, why should the shareholders be excited for the upcoming drills?

1. Explanation given in the past was that they had knowledge of some aspects of what was to go into the CPR.
2. A question that needs answering, but he has an easy out. He could just remind that he and the board remain the largest shareholders in the company.

I don't think an interview is sufficient. It is clear the CPR has raised many questions, and perhaps pre-recording the interview and releasing this very morning (while done with best intentions) was not the best approach. They could have taken a day or two to gauge the reaction and gather some questions and shoot down any doubt.

I also seem to recall them pledging to do more on putting themselves out there to the US investors, but nothing came out of it. You google Zephyr Energy, it's just Proactive stuff. Not a single American article or interview, not even some local Utah media.

Why would they sell to BP over Whiting.

Maybe that's the reason Whiting sold interest in their operated wells to Zephyr in the first place - to allow them to generate the funds to carry out drilling the Paradox while taking on all of the risk, and if Zephyr successful - acquire them at later point and incorporate into the wider portfolio.

I agree. What would incentivise a buyer to offer like at least 10x the current market value, full well knowing the desperate situation the company's in? They probably saw as much in their offers.

Not meant to be tongue-in-cheek or de-rampy, genuine question, but realistically - they come to the table with a counterparty - what is it that the company would have to offer?

'Combined years of experience' (we all saw how that went)? Or is there something else?

I think the questions of 'will the company be OK' and 'will PIs get shafted (even more)' are very-very different.

The reality of TRP does not match with your sentiment. The reality of TRP is that a takeover that was announced over 6 months ago and was to take 2 months to complete is still not done, reasons for this are unknown, no revised timelines and no meaningful communication, all the while there was dilution to 'keep equipment in drill-ready state' or whatever the scammy phrasing was.

The reality is you have no idea what's going to happen with TRP (with a positive bias), and you have no idea what's going to happen with SENS (with a negative bias). That's that.
