Skelly, it's obvious to all shareholders that KC is very much sidelined in the process. We don't really need reminded of how irrelevant he is in progress (or otherwise) of the project.

But where we are clutching at straws now, is not news from our own holdings, but news from external sources CEZ / Government / EU. This may be more reliable than actually getting any Rns🤷

A paradigm shift has begun: away from dependence – towards resilience, diversification and European sovereignty.

The new electronic platform for bundling raw material requirements of European industry is already in the works. In spring 2025, a public demand survey had taken place. Now a solution has to be programmed.

That is my thinking also Rpks. All articles to date only seem to reference FID....the DFS feeds the decision making of the FID? Unless someone knows different, I'm still expecting the DFS anytime from now to around Sept.

The most recent RNS may explain the large volume in a single purchase. Bruce J Griffin (director) transferred 1.1m shares from his holding entity to a private account. Could be he set up some private deal?

Thanks Rpk, I suppose we should have expected something like this when we were coerced into the sale of half the project, big blue chip companies are not renowned for being nimble on their feet.

And I do have sympathy for KC's predicament that he is the messenger, I've often wondered how he managed to notify us with any certainty (RNS) when it is information generated by others (Geomet/CEZ). No doubt he has learned some stark lessons in this job.

While Skelly85 does have legitimate historic reasons to doubt progress, we all live in hope that this is the year.

please do go on tomcoves....any glimmer of light does help regardless of being formal communication or informal chatter. at least it is something instead of this constant ********.

Today is the day anyone who wanted to see the back of KC should have voted against res 1(only 25% rejection needed). So assume all the doubters have used their vote. IMO today is all about a confidence vote in our BOD. Good luck to them, they may need it🙈

W69, the industry and western governments know fine well that battery metal prices are being manipulated by China. My hope, and inclination is that this will be addressed in the ongoing trade negotiations between the US and EU. And IMO, they will agree joint heavy tariffs on all things Chinese EV, it will be in the guise of the pollution created using Lepidolite not being a 'green' route for Lithium. Now that would be a game changer.

It is time the west aspired to compete in the new energy industry. If we compete with China for the same raw material sources (there's not really that many), the price would not take long to move. Why would western governments do that.... strategic reserves. Stockpile while industry catches up🤔

China have been manipulating the LI market for such a long time now (because everyone else took their eye off the ball), that they have it down to a fine art. They are quite happy to make a loss on mining and refining as long as they make it up elsewhere (battery and cars). And I read a great article yesterday really questioning their technical feasibility of sodium batteries (some of their claims are against the laws of physics, chemistry and nature). Could this be a red herring to get the west going off on a tangent to assist them in their goals of global dominance of the new energy industry 🤔

It has been said for a long time that they have been manipulating the raw material market to stop others from gaining a foothold. Let us hope that the west stay focused on their aims to join the party, then you will see real movement of LI.

Ps in effect it's a no confidence vote. If you vote against resolution 1 and vote for resolution 4, then the board are compelled to resign at an extraordinary AGM within 90 days. Oh...decisions, decisions 🤣

Skelly, unless the Spill resolution 4 which is linked to resolution 1 has been sought by large shareholders. In effect what this implies is that if 25% vote against resolution 1 (directors report 2024), then Still resolution 4 (extraordinary AGM) would be voted on. If this happens, then all directors who are in position at that time must be replaced at the Still meeting.

Just maybe there is moves afoot to oust the board behind the scenes. This is all explained in the ASX notification of the AGM on EMH's website.

So anyone wanting a new bod, you know what to do....or forever🤐
