I think the problem all us long term shareholders have, is that we are always trailing behind on the news front. We never seem to be on the front foot, always feeling that we are at the mercy of others decisions. Where is OUR forward planning, OUR contingency planning....it never feels we have any🤷

Incidentally....voting against the Funding Plan could theoretically trigger a deadlock situation, which in turn could trigger a fair market value scenario 🥳

Skelly....I think you misunderstand. What I said was the cash call has to be incorporated in a pre agreed Funding Plan, which has to be unanimously agreed. So any cash call is expected because they've voted for the Funding Plan🤷

Incidentally....we also have other routes of safeguard in our shareholder agreement (SA) with CEZ. For example the right of Pre-Emption, Reserved Matters and/or Deadlock all have areas to be manipulated to allow a decent escape🥳

And to be honest, KC is nobodies fool and he has a lot of skin in the game....so, stop stressing, read the SA and chill🌞

To be clear....any cash call from Geomet must firstly be incorporated in a Funding Plan, which must firstly be agreed unanimously by Geomet share holders (CEZ/EMH). So, we cannot be undermined in that sense without voting for it ourselves🤷

Has anyone received any response from ALL on ANY queries since they announced the sale? I have sent a couple of emails over the last few weeks without even an acknowledgement of receipt.....how rude can you get?

And here was me thinking the directors pulled a healthy wage to manage the company on the shareholders behalf.....I know, I must be pretty naive.....😭

For me, press like this gives the project a feel of normality, which is good for any mining industry potential build.

And the comment about the EIA being complete for the end of the year has been the standard CEZ line for a long time, so it doesn't much concern me. After all, what have CEZ to gain by saying it's gonna be earlier, in fact, they have a lot more to lose if they say earlier, and it transpires later than their new date🤷

So, all in all....pleased with the visibility 🎈

A question for debate.....is it possible for EMH to agree an off take with a partner without firstly seeking the agreement of Geomet and/or CEZ?

Conversely, can CEZ agree a partner without the agreement of Geomet/EMH?

Based on the EMH agreement with EBRD, it seems possible to dilute....so, on that basis is it also possible to individually agree finance with third parties?

Genuinely interested in opinions, because if the answer is NO to all three scenarios, then IMO this project could never move forward without invoking the 'Deadlock' clause in the agreement. This in turn means a buyout🤔

An off take partner now would no doubt bring a bit of momentum without the inclusion of dilution....bring it on🥳

Rpks.....interesting latest presentation (April). While it still omits any reference to lithium mining and/or processing the way it used to report in presentations, there is still some unexplained readthroughs. Page 25 on the link regarding CAPEX investments states 11% mining (coal) for 2021-25, then estimated investment for 2026-30 as 6%, yet specifically 0% for coal. Made me wonder what that 6% CAPEX referred too....👏
