Where do Shareholders get to approve this transaction? My concerns is that AC is spinning too many plates aand previous investments have come to nothing. I dont likecthe look of this deal as it looks murky to me.

Lost track here and received s dividend payment. Is the company still trading after this transaction and will there be any further payments to shareholders?
