If we manage to survive there should be pressure in removing AM from the board as the company needs a fresh reset and have lost the total trust of shareholders!
Why are the board not apologising for their messs rather than some white wash RNS. The senior lender or whoever should insisting in removing Arthur and other directors who are clearly not acting in shareholders interest!! Total mismanagement of the company!@
You can't trust the management either - appalling performance from the man with too many hands in other pies!!
We need a proper clear out of this management- im so angry and know other shareholders feel the same.

Just when you tbink we've turned a corner SP wise ,we get another big drop - sick of AIM generally and this was my big hope but still so many variables to deal with and feels thd BOD are dragging their feet with news.
I've have the misfortune to be invested in CB companies and clearly not aligned to shareholder interests. Dreadful performance and never anything to show for it. I wish we could get him removed from the bod. These directors need to be more accountable for their performance and in this case the sheer lack of it
Not sure if some of these posts are concerns or deramping. Yeah I get all the funding and dilution concerns etc - but remember this wasn't going anywhere with the old board ( who done more harm than good). Some of these new guys seem pretty switched on and you have to ask yourself why would they bother? No deferred salaries were paid and they have done a holding raise- but looks more promising to me at least
I totally agree he has done nothing - previous position where he was ousted. But as they say - no change means no change . These directors need to be made more accountable and should at least have performance related pay.
POC - Would you rather the company go bust with the old guard as that seemed the way it was heading ? Nobody knows the finer details yet, but new BOD seem very experienced- are you happy with not having to settle any payments from the old BOD.
Wasn't looking good a few weeks back and a lot of work to be done im sure - but very promising and appear to be shareholder driven - who knows how high this could go - not ramping !!
I do believe that the BOD should forgo the salaries due to the dreadful performance and cash drain on the company over the years.
Not ramping and think you need to pick the bones out of the update and put it into some perspective - why just sell when it drops heavily. There is a possibility it may rise quickly if these issues are sorted out!!
I don't know why we have put up with this so long!! How can you take 250k a year for doing nothing with erosion of shareholder value? Whatever happens the CEO needs to go and cut this cycle of non performance related salary. The irony will be the so called deferred salary and for what when we had 16 million at one stage- total disgrace!!!
