Hi do you know what the video is called?
What price was it when suspended?
Its a bit unnerving when watching the share price is dropping- but this company have a world class asset in haverion and doesn't take account of the other licences so I would hope that even if there was a sale or buyout it would have to be reflected in the price.
I was encouraged by the Interview with Shaun Day on Proactive Investors and thought he came over very well.
Shaun was asked about the current share price which he acknowledged as disappointing but said when results come it should reflect in the share price.
There is so much potential here with the other 100% owned licences which haven't been explored/worked on in any details - all options appear to be open to divesting non core stuff as well as offers if they come along.
My only niggle (maybe others here) is that with the share being so low are we game for a low ball offer to buy us out - but think our assets should be worthy of a fair price if that was to happen. I'm a long term holder and no views on the share price, just concerned on the dropping price.
Surely there would need to be an official statement from FRR - which they are so good at keeping investors updated lol
Don't think a world class Tier 1 mine is going to stay around this price for too long , even if it is being manipulated by MM's - patience required as we know it's potential.
Share price goes down by after great results ? Obviously being manipulated by MM's - but our time will come !!!
Who knows the outcome of this deal but I think unlikely as dual listing will be cancelled in favour of ASX only as we should have some say in that - but the bigger question is why is Bandy still running this company because to be honest he hasn't done anything for shareholders as he has systemically failed and I for one want an EGM to vote of no confidence and get him removed -he has had his day and more scrounging off this company - but like everything else it takes a conserted effort in doing so
Had hoped the games had stopped - really annoying!
It doesn't really matter about general sp movements or where it finishes as people are now waking up to the finer details in the announcement yesterday.
Cryptoniteman - I'm not sure what your angle is as you are only happy unless the share price is dropping. Some people are trying to recover from yesterday and people like you just spouting misery instead of wishing people well. I read the announcement and read in between the lines as there are positives and not confirmed a duster.
Jaytem - that's your opinion and if so bad why are you bothered unless you want the so lower? That announcement yesterday was not as doom and gloom as people had posted - so don't rain on our parade if it rises!!!
Wolves2111 - It's not a duster and if so why are you spending your time here - sounds like you trying to unnerve existing investors - your job was done yesterday along with others who couldn't wait to gloat and say sold out on Friday!!
I think you're right!!
I have say that I never come across so many distasteful comments from people either "glad I sold' or predicting the share price to bomb ( which it has) - these people have little regard for others here - no one likes rampers orvderampers - but pure lack of class from these people who probably have an agenda !
Sorry Scally results
Just wondering like most here I suppose why these results are taking so long?
Officerfigby - I do agree with timing and you probably sensed the frustration.
I suppose the point about the EGM was really meant when we have a clearer picture or on better terms - I just don't have much faith at all with Bandy and that hasn't changed or at least until he actually pulls off something worthwhile.
Like others who knows what will happen here. But from my own experience being a long term holder, the consensus appears to be the same from other people in that Bandy has systematically failed shareholders over the years, which can only be described as unsatisfactory performance and with that in mind, could shareholders request as an EGM for his removal because all he is and has done has taken an over aggestrated salary for poor performance!!!
My concern is that some people are hoping for what I think will be an offer price exceeding £1 plus - of course I don't know - but why would someone pay far in excess of current sp.
