Well said and too many unscrupulous people on these boards. If it wasn't hard enough to make money on your investments and having to be faced with these scum. You buy or sell and then keep it to yourself!!

Been in it so long I can't remember - consolidated numerous times already. New guy is maybe trying but just truly awful performance - only holding after diluted to death.

I'm sure it will unfold as this is like a bad soap.

I know we have all these cases going on - but we seem to gave lost sight on the basic fundamentals of an oil/energy company. AC is like a grasshopper with deals all over the place and nothing much to show for it with a dropping SP. Needs to change drastically!

Pablo - Thanks for highlighting the position and possible options going forward and does provide a more positive outlook - much appreciated - let's hope it keeps dropping to buy l9l.

There is a saying "in with anger and out with love" - but not in this case. What a despicable bunch they are and I hope Karma plays a hand. Even now the SP is constantly dropping and seems like some people are buying to keep it low and reduce the exit for existing holders. Just another example of rinse and repeat on AIM.

Showing down 25% with no trades showing in this platform. Just a little curious in how the SP is being kept so low and it feels very orchestrated but shouldn't be surprised. Anyway, I've written it off and put it down to one of tbose things but not sold.

Hiya, I suppose there is the issue of recapitalisation to consider which will reduce your existing holding significantly and then trying to sell on the matched facility which is uncontrolled. They clearly do not want PI's involved as can be seen in the proposal - or you buy low now but need to do your research. The part I don't understand is that is being kept low and has been dropping daily. One nasty company!!

There seems no bottom to this at the moment and sometimes there is a break in the price that may fluctuate a bit higher on expectations- and I wouldn't get anything back at these levels - who's playing with the SP nominal buys? They couldn't even set up a matched facility like JP Jenkins which is normal instead of this half cooked arrangement- an utterly disgraceful board with total lack of contempt for PI's who will sell when private - Chinese holding was probably agreed with their consent - maybe hold after 16th if no uplift in SP and take a chance. Sorry for the rant just so galling! Off to get some rays and leave this to rot!

Forgot to ask what are these small trades are all about as some of them don't seem worth buying/selling - suppose it's to keep the price down.

Personally I don't see a way out now and even at this stage the price is being kept so low.

I've been invested in this company for years and now yalding it's debt free, which is at the expense of the shareholders with the numerous dilutions over the years. The BOD and CEO in particular have taken salaries for under performance over a long period of time and have no honour - typically another AIM disaster company.

To be honest I've only been in this for a few weeks and bought at 0.278 thinking I'd done well and not expecting the fall out. The problem is where is the bottom and have averaged down before but went further down - but know what you mean. If it goes private or you buy before that, the price or holding will go down after the recapitalisation- I don't know what to do really and maybe just see if anything might happen.

It sometimes can have a positive effect when shareholders unite - I'm not sure I have the energy for it or of people can be bothered as many might see it as a done deal - but take your point!!

That's very interesting and would be surprised if it doesn't stir a reaction!!! So dodgy these companies and unless you're in the inside you never really know.

It would be great if a buyer came in - but think it will be done when privatised- but here's hoping otherwise

Another option and fairer to shareholders would be consider an outright sale of the asset(s) if that good - but no, we'll throw PI's under bus and keep the company going at our expense who have invested and paid their salaries so they can sell it later. Truly despicable behaviour and greed!!!
