The lack of contempt for shareholders is unbelievable!! Our investment has been stolen no other way of putting it. Let's hope Karma does kick in. Only hope is MC now but these lot will be well protected I'm sure.

Just for clarity it appears existing investors will be more or less wiped out after recapitalisation - so where do new investors come in if it's delisted?

That would be nice if we get a bid - but this deal suits the major holders only and like you say the asset is massive - In light what the BOD have done, I'd rather see it fold because they don't care about PI's.

Seems little point in selling now and no trap door to sell out. What's the point!!!

Personally, I just want to move on from this carve up. Not helped as it's in my ISA - see no point in voting it through as the small shareholders have been stamped on.

I'm trying to figure out why PI's should vote for this as they are going to be wiped out. Honesty,the way we have treated is disgusting and thrown under the bus to save the company and it's institutional investors like former CEO who sits on both sides of the fence. I'd rather vote against it (not sure it would make any difference) with the backing they have. Just another example of a mismanaged and incompetent board on the AIM market.

I want to challenge the company on why they are giving a restricted period of 6 months after delisting to use a price bargain price to trade the shares- other companies use the likes of JP Jenkins where you can trade open ended. They've done a real hatchet job on PI's and saying more or less to sell your shares before delisting- is it worth people contacting the company on this point? The directors will make a load of money out of this!!

What a very insensitive post/comment by you - anyway it is what it is and is a real stitch up by the board in getting rid of sshareholders.

Factual or bad presentation - the wheels haven't fallen off the bus.

I'm glad they've a new direction - but most LTH's are wiped out now due to the share price being decimated over time.

However, he owns 45% of Chaarat and is on board at the request of the lender so still very much involved - hence conflict of interest.

I think the BOD have done real number with this release and note they have to - but just highlighted uncertainty etc which was always going to drive this down

PersonallyI don't like the way the company communicates (when it can be bothered) and previously suspended.

However, what we are seeing on this board is so called investors who compelled in letting us know their views and what we should do such as sell or saying about money being locked in suspension. All very sneakily worded and I would personally avoid like the plaque, because they an agenda and care about you!

To be suspended for 4 weeks may drift longer who knows!!

They feel the need to share their views which is fair enough - but all they do is provide panic and scaring other PI's in selling up so that drive the SP down. Be careful and make your own mind up.

What a load of rubbish in scaring people - not hard to see what your objective is - shameful! Company has been in suspension previously.
