No point speculating as it only does your head in. Not sure I feel concerned that Moore owns both companies but will be very obvious if it doesn't come off.

We should be many multiples of the existing share price - the brakes need to come off.

Those who have wronged us shareholders will pay for this and eventually it comes out in one way or another!!.

This is what happened to COPL and they got hold of the company and our friend was part of the management team - say no more!! Not here to deramp, but make people aware of what they are dealing with. Nothing good comes from it from I've seen where BH's are involved. The fact they are doing 100 - 1 consolidation should be an indication of what they are about!!

I'm invested here and Copl which had some of the same management.

What has gone on at Copl is criminal and legal proceedings are on the way. What I will say is that when a company have bondholders, they have more rights over regular shareholders and from my experience it doesn't bode well.

I'm not deramping as wouldn't do that, but I am very concerned on who's running the company!

Nor deramping here - but like others I invested in Copl and what went on there is border line criminal and legal proceedings are underway.

The other point that at copl was the introduction of bondholders as you may know they have priority over regular shareholders - so although I think the investments are promising, I would be very concerned on the people who are running this based on past experiences!!

We seem to be stuck here abd after the company purchases/deals I would've thought we would be a lot higher and not dealing with all the shorting!!

I'm in both this and Clon and my concern is that these statements are very forward looking - I've lost count of DH statements of fortune favours the brave.

I don't doubt the activity in Clon but very worn downbovet the years without tangible rewards for shareholders.

The usual stap statement that Fortune favours the brave- rinse and repeat!!

Dustingtom- I can only imagine how difficult those discussions were in forming a suitable agreement to all involved parties.

Some people are getting themselves all wound up with what the conversion might be - this has been explained by others here how it would work out - more likely 10 -1 but who knows.

I am concerned with this news and especially with him at the helm. I am invested in other companies where he has is involved.

Well said! I've never seen so much twisted venomous comments by some on this board. Whatever happened to trading shares, but these scum bags are either over ramping or derampers- if that's what money does for you l, is rather not bother!

Yeah the ugly side of money - some people are just scum and have no feelings or care what they so or say and they will get their comeuppance!!
