These results could already be known good or bad. The timing of the EGM seems orchestrated in coinciding with the possible release of the results shortly after. What happens if Poulden is not re-electef or the over the top consolidation is not passed.

I like to give the benefit of doubt there are so many dodgy companies around and Poulden has not delivered previously but paid handsomely all the same.

Personally ive lost my money in this company along with many others I'm sure.

We have had a previous share consolidation 100-1 and now with 33 billion shares it won't be long before another one

Honestly, not deramping but I have no faith with this so called management who just get paid for for non performance and just drain investors.

David was the facing person of both companies and I am sure he was a good operator with his contacts.

I have been invested in these companies for years now and I dont think its unreasonable for investors to request an update from the chairman for the strategy going forward.

I am invested in both and like others I have been invested for longer than I can remember.

After the passing of David my concern is where we go now. David Horgan was the face of both companies but without any output.

I think the chairman should step up and let us know the next strategy.

I believe there was a previous share consolidation and look at it now- pure life style company and no shame!

We do need a holding statement if nothing else of how the company plans going forward.

Can someone fill his shoes because he had all the contacts as was the main man?

Not sure what is driving the drop but the share price has become more unstable since dualisting.

I feel the 100-1 consolidation is excessive but have listened to the various views on it.

However, I am not voting for Poulden to be re-elected as it has become a life style company for him with producing nothing over these years until now. If we are successful with the assay results, then we are going to need a proper chair person with some vision to bring us to the next level or we get bought out.

Gareth- Well I wasn't privy to the RNS this morning lol. The arbitrations in Tunisia are fine on paper but we have to win and get the money.

I am a LTH and not looking to knock the company but in Some cases I question the strategy as other investments have drifted away

I'm not trying to influence the share price either way - but what concerns me most about AC is that he is like a Grasshopper bouncing all over the place and our Portfolio has changed so much over the years.

We are now relying hopeful outcomes with the arbitrations in Tusnisa- Renewables in Italy but can't see that generating loads and not sure about USA.

Skippy - I think what's driving me nuts is that we should've been in this position years ago with the drilling especially as he had been raising funds with the shares in issue being increased from 150 million? to 3 billion and nothing to show for it. My concern and probably others is that he will carry on in the same vein and think he had had his time!!

Pwrsonally i will not be saying yes to Poulden being re-elected and the reasons for that are too many fund raises in the past with no success and is more of a life style conpany- we need someone with vision and younger person ideally like Shaun Day at GGP which is a big ask! This consolidation is just a means to raise more money!

It could be less like GGP - but at 30 mil after conversion it means they can rinse and repeat!
