Im not sure howclong that went on but with due respect the company over god knows how many years has not produced any shareholder value and quite the opposite as most investors are way under.

The board in general have been handsomely over the years and has been funded by shareholders! - personally I would dispute this with the company if they are looking for an exit!!!

Seems like a sneaky low ball offer and personally I wouldn't entertain them if they came back with a smal increased offer

Im.not sure what the asset value of the company is but has to be multiples of that offer.
