Hi Hobbit, I agree the artist’s tweet are by far the best medium for generating interest, currently it would appear there is a strict rule of who can promote their material, we have in the past seen MelodyVR release material and the artist hasn’t been able to support the release, this in my view demonstrates the control of the promoters. With the recent growth in Facebook followers, I am open to listen to anyone with industry knowledge as marketing and promoting this type of product is not my knowledge area. GLA

It appears MelodyVR are running a series of tests on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and demonstrating an artist ‘tweeting’ can be more powerful by 10,000s compared to MelodyVR putting out something on Facebook! As there has been for a longtime the company is being played by the industry, I would expect the same answer will be reiterated by AM that due to contracts they cannot reveal information on when the music promoters will allow their artists to promote MelodyVR, this in my view is positive yet frustrating, but it’s getting closer to the tipping point of content being released alongside some form of ‘live concerts’! IMO

I’ll ask the questions if we are given the chance!! GLA

Agree with The Baker, in addition, MelodyVR have approximately 80 staff, at least 50 people will be in some way connected with developing the products/service, working a 7hrs per day x 50 people that’s 350hrs per day x 200 days per year = 70,000hrs per year, that’s several projects, working alongside Facebook, Sony, Microsoft, John Gore thats 1000s of hrs of developing cohesive tasks leading to updates or new products......we are making progress!! IMO

Montmuzard, I fully support your view, I believe as I have said before, the long term company strategy is fine, it’s the AM announcements and preamble that causes confusion, in an RNS to investors it should be recognised that we are able to receive information regarding strategy and the direction of the company enough to maintain short confidence. IMO

Hayley has worked in global, senior roles at Deezer and Universal Music Group, as well as the music divisions within Virgin Media and Orange (now EE), this is why I believe Universal, Spotify, Sony, Microsoft, Facebook and others have been part of the selection process for the team working at MelodyVR, IMO

Great questions for only being here for a few months, I’ll see if I can help you!!
1, We have partnerships, however they are not I expect exclusive, the industry would tie itself to one company, we do however have 800 artist already and I would expect some big names in those numbers.
2, Wiz has announced the event in advanced, to view the VR concert you need a Go or Quest, MelodyVR have decided to promote the ‘Mobile’ and therefore people with VR Headsets will be able to enjoy an alternative.
3, SUPERSPHEREVR is a production house, we are not the only company producing VR concerts, we have a very respected VR company, proven by the partnerships and investors.
4, AM could do a lot better in the PR department, there has been several instances of AM making predictions, however as a new investor you have to realise this company is controlled by Industry Experts and they control this fledgling company.
5. As per above, the artists are controlled by contracts and they have been contained from advertising MelodyVR on a constant basis, they will when they are allowed shout from the rooftops.
6, Same as above.
I hope this helps, going alone and trying to convince the world VR is the next revolution would end in disappointment and cost the company, joining forces with the industry giants will allow MelodyVR to slow capitalise on the exposure, it will take a while, so just chill!! IMO
